I think it’s wrong to be rude, but I also think it’s wrong to hold this sort of mindset.
Attitudes like yours would justify the sort of skeezy partnership between games journalists and games publishers that was revealed a couple of years back.
Blizzard isn’t your friend. No corporation is your friend.
Don’t watch them, so I couldn’t care less.

“You usually don’t see this, as in ever, from someone given privileges to market a company’s product.”
I prefer honest, logical opinions rather than biased reviews that are seething with lies and greed.
In the streamers defense, they want retail to be a good game too. It’s their livelihood and many of them are lifelong WoW addicts. I think Blizzard realizes that WoW is getting old, that there is competition in mobile now, and that MMOs aren’t in season. I’m sure they’re thinking about developing new IPs, creating new games for their existing stable, more than they are concerned about fixing retail. Maybe classic will suprise them and show that there is actually still a large audience for more WoW.
i respect that because a ton of people feel this way. I honestly wouldn’t even know 2 of their names if a friend didn’t tell me.
amen. funny i was visiting a friend earlier and he has a twitch account. i don’t. So we were discussing this topic. So he pops on twitch and we watch about 5 mins of this idiot streaming.
The chat was the best part. People telling him to wash his hair lol because it looked greasy as hell. He was outside of Stormwind doing duels and getting his butt handed to him lol and the chat was comedy gold
Calling him washed up or lost to a lock with no pet. This warrior was taunting him because my buddy says he duels him once a day and asmon never wins. Thing is players like that aren’t as good as they think they are.
Only watching 5 mins but like dam the only good thing about his stream was people in chat making fun of him lol. Player skill is different then i play 10-12 hours a day and think I’m good

i would debate that because when classic hit. warlocks would fear spam you and dot you up and even if you trinketed just re spam fear. It was lazy and unskillful.
Rogues would literally beat someone to death all within a rotation. I mean how many stunlocked to death and cd’s threads would i read? At least now i feel like everyone has a chance.
I main a dh and any class can be a threat to me when i enter a bg or arena. I can’t fear spam someone, no rogue has ever dropped me in 25 seconds, pyroblast hurts, but i can beat a mage.
Classic pvp was very broken
You see it all the time, on Youtube, Twitch or whatever platform you favor. So right away, you’re off the mark here.
Let me spell it out for ya, then.
1: Blizzard has absolutely no influence over Twitch, and unless a contract of some sort is made, a streamer can bash BFA all they want without any repercussion, which is totally fair because BFA is a garbage fire.
2: There are tons of non-streamers on the beta right now. Some big-names didn’t even get it right away.
3: There is no part of beta access that prevents the user from criticizing Blizzard, and especially BFA, which, to reiterate, is a garbage fire.
4: Classic has been handled very well, and is given praise because it handles what was promised of it very well. There are things like AV and the non-armored mounts, but that’s overall not a deal-breaker for most who have played.
5: Maybe, just maybe - and stay with me here, because this is a crazy theory MAYBE BFA GETS SO MUCH CRITICISM BECAUSE IT’S BAD AND THE CRITICISM IS VALID?!

No they didn’t… Wod was the big start of pruning.
streamers are outrage profiteers.
then again with the internet the minority often tries to sound like the majority. You do have people calling every expansion a garbage fire. Yet they keep playing…
Yes, yes. “Oh the silent majority agrees with me, BFA is amazing, not at all a garbage fire, no I won’t prove that they agree with me.” Heard it a million times, don’t care.
much like many people don’t care about streamers opinions lol. I mean i wouldn’t be paying 15 a month for something that i would consider to be a dumpster fire honestly
Out of the 7 expansions I’ve played (sat out for mop) bfa is my 3rd least favorite expansion, only losing to cata and wod.
They talk crap about bfa because they want wow to be good. And currently its just “meh”.
Who cares what they say not like Blizzard listens to them anyhow.
when i didnt have fun i unsubbed… i came back and have a purpose so ill play for now enjoying myself
^^ This ^^
I never watch any of the streamers. I don’t care what they have to say. If they don’t like BfA, whatever. I’m thoroughly enjoying it.
I much prefer playing the game than watching someone else playing while whining and complaining.

Which i honestly would understand. not everyone has to love every exp the same. What makes me laugh is just people never giving an example. “well it’s a dumpster fire”. Ok why? Well um it just is. Or i can’t name all the reasons.
OK name 1 lol. Just saying it’s easier to have discussions with people who give actual examples.

that’s your problem. you also have to give them money to watch them sit and complain for 8-10 hours while keep playing said game they hate so much
