The Elements don’t keep nature in balance. They are chaotic and very violent and fight each other constantly. They want to dominate the other. When they are slain, they typically return to the Elemental Plane.
Elementals on Azeroth are even more violent and chaotic due to the lack of Spirit energy on the planet.

Elementals are part of the natural order. But it doesn’t mean they themselves care about nature. They are often seen fighting each other. If you think a goblin can’t manipulate elements into forming contracts that’s one thing. They are very crafty. There totems show machinery as if they control the elements which is something capitalists would do. And Shamans do not have to care about nature. They can have a connection with elements but are not obligated to faction’s such as the druids are to uphold balance. That is a decision imposed on there culture. If you see shamans from other races you will see this. Also goblins had shamanism before there Kaja-cola gave them intelligence.
There’s also not a single Belf DK so I guess you shouldn’t exist
The orc mage lore was that there alliance with the forsaken they learned how to be mages from them. The boss in Dragon Soul is a former shaman that learned how to be a mage.
They’re actually older than that. There are orc Mages in the Blackrock Spire.
