Dark Iron Shaman! (Not because of your specific character OP)
They destroy the earth to steal treasures…
Fire elementals should be friendly
Earth elementals should be angry
Wind elementals: ???
Water elementals: there is not much water in the Burning Steppes / Searing Gorge. The Hydraxian Waterlords are very hostile to Ragnaros which is a close ally of the Dark Irons.
The Dark Irons were enslaved by Ragnaros till we killed him in Vanilla. Since then, the only Dark Irons who follow Ragnaros are the traitorous Twilight’s Hammer members. Moira’s Dark Irons are in no way allied with Ragnaros.
I wouldn’t say they were taught by Night Elves. I guess you have that one Troll in the Western Plaguelands that was taught by the Cenarion Circle, but the Darkspear Trolls only started practicing Druidism because of the loa Gonk.
Gonk contacted Zen’tabra (and others, I assume) and showed them how to go to the Emerald Dream. You can read Zen’tabra’s story about it here:
Goblin Shamans, shaman lore is all about balance respecting nature and elements asking the elements for their power, yet their totems are little drills harming everything they stand for.
“ Shamanism is a deeply spiritual form of elemental magic that involves a connection with both the natural and the spirit worlds. Shamans do not normally enslave elementals, but honor them, asking the elements to heed their call. Shamans are not inherently imbued with magic—they harness the powers of the elements through ceremonial totems.”
Goblin totems literally kill the class for me as shamans…
If goblins can be Shamans every race should be able too.
Goblins are known for greed and wealth, honestly what would the elements care for anything like that.
Lightforged DKs, I know basically nothing about lightforged but I’m pretty sure their corpses explode on death.
Kul Tiran shamans, tidesages don’t make sense, they only have affinity with water, not the other 3 elements shamans deal with. I’m aware of the one shaman in the kul tiran unlock, but that’s the only known actual shaman and it’s very primitive shamanism.
Undead monks.
Most vulpera classes.
Night elf mages, with the Highborne being exiled.
Certain priest races, trolls/goblins/tauren in particular. I get they sort of make sense but they’re not very “priest like”.
Worgen Rogue, because they act exactly like a werewolf yet attack with small knives instead of their great claws. It’s kind of tied with their druid forms for things that are lagging behind the new model update.
Did you miss Burning Crusade? Kael’thas joined Illidan and a large amount of the high elves/blood elves trained under him. In BC there were probably more blood elf demon hunters than night elves. This was established way before Legion and made sense without an excuse just to make them dual-faction.
