I have not been able to log into my main for 2 days now. I can log into my alts but I don’t feel like using them atm. We pay for every DLC and for a monthly sub. There has been zero response to my ticket wich is total BS! They should have live chat service 24/7. i tried the unstick service 3 times and deleted and reinstalled everything with no luck. Am I going to get refunded for the game time I paid for but can not use?

You can try the customer support sub forum. Maybe they can help you when one of the support staff checks the forum.

What exactly is the issue? Using the Unstuck service is not going to suddenly let you sign in.
As Audreeana mentioned, you may want to try booting up a post on the Customer Service forums. Bear in mind it is primarly a player to player help forum, although Customer Service Reps may chime in with more information should it be required.

It seems that the only way the system would behave differently, between your main and alts, would be if they were on different servers. Which servers are they on?
We’ve been hearing a lot of complaints and when you ask it always seems to fall back to Area53 or Illidian.

Illidan’s my realm and I’ve been just fine the last few days. 
Area 52 is fine. I’ve got alts there. This isn’t a server issue.
I would post this is customer service. Also this is very unque situation as ive never had this happen and ive been playing since cata. Would highly suggest opening a customer support ticket or contacting support via the blizzard site
Then I’d be curious to know, how is it possible that someone can’t get their main to work but their alts work fine? There is nothing in the game that distinguishes between your main and your alts. They exist only in our minds.

Character stuck disconnected. Bugged out somewhere and hasn’t reset. OP needs to file a ticket.

What I’m asking is, how is this possible? The only way I can think of that the system differentiates between what you see as your main and alts is if your main is in a different server.
Otherwise, how is this possible?

First start by removing all addons
Then try and remove the WTF folder thingy
Lastly go to CS, over there you might get actual help
… I literally just told you.
If his main character was stuck in an error within the game and keeps disconnecting because the game doesn’t know what to do with it, that’s entirely separate from other characters and where they are.
… what in God’s name are you even talking about? 
No one cares who calls what character their main or alt. The guy’s one character is bugged out stuck. That’s all this is.

I’m convinced you’re just trolling at this point if you can’t comprehend what a common example of things that can go wrong for a person to not be able to log into one character is.

I have a solution. You can either A: ask for a refund, stop paying the $15 and try to find something else to do with your free time. OR B: play the alts since customer service is almost non existent but $15 a month is astronomically low for open end entertainment in todays market. The choice is entirely yours to make.
so i don’t work at a desk. the problem is I can’t log on to my main. i get kicked out to the reconnect screen right after entering the game world
Well it’s gotta be a different file as they are different characters. I’ve had certain characters crash my system just logging in while at the same time (on the same computer mind you) I’ve played for five hours on a weekend on a different character.
So though odd there has to be something file wise to distinguish different characters. That all considered something could be foiled up on your account .
