Try to repair your game via the Battle.net launcher. The option is called “Scan and Repair”.

CS was top notch when I started wow…literally had them help me on phone calls years back.
Now its just an auto response ghost town…

Ive started just running that once a week lately.
Ive noticed a few things in old classic era dungeons that were glitching out on me that I thought were bugs, but they straightened right up when i ran repair, so clearly something going on on my end…

According to this Blizzard article corrupted temporary game data can also cause the issue (I’m not sure if a repair would have fixed this).

They recommend resetting the UI to troubleshoot that, here’s how: Resetting the WoW User Interface - Blizzard Support

I have no idea what this means.

Then you’ll want to submit a ticket, let them know that nothing in the article worked. There is a link to submit a ticket in the article.

You’ll probably get a template response first, just respond that it’s not working and a GM will look at it.

that was the point of my post. i did make a ticket days ago with zero replies

OP needs to use the web based unstuck if they can’t get on the affected character. They need to use common sense, not thinking they are leading an un-sub walkout. :slightly_smiling_face:

Ticket wait times may be up right now, I’m not sure.

I’d ask them over in CS, just to make sure. Maybe someone can check and see if the ticket you put in was in the correct category. Sometimes, if it’s just in the general one, it’ll take forever to get answered.

You have the option to add to the ticket. Keep adding information to the ticket until they respond.

It’s worked for me several times.

To be clear you did the full UI reset?

I’d also make sure your drivers are updated (especially video).

And then a full reinstall could also be on the table.
