I am not worried about what the top 1% of players are doing. The shaman is objectively bad in every single percentile for dps. That is what the OP is saying. He is correct. To gaslight him and say “ShAmAn IS bUsTED” is just a lie. Just be honest and say “yeah it sucks but play what you like”

I said they are S tier raid healers, S+ tier in PvP burst, and S+ tier in era group pvp.
That is all true.
Most shamans stop using elemental mastery at that gear level

yeah once they have a ton of crit from end game gear. But in phase 2, like the OP said. They definitely need elemental mastery or you aren’t bursting anyone.
The devs already hinted at enhance love.
It just didn’t happen at 25.
There is zero cause for concern
They only need to buff our only damage spell, lava lash. Do that and we’re fine. They already did it once, they can do it again.
…oh, and giving us a way to lower threat would be nice too. Double rockbiter threat is too much as a dps.

That is the only argument you will get. It doesn’t matter if it sucks phase 1. If it sucks phase 2 they’ll say “wait until phase 3” and the cycle will continue.

To be fair, I don’t even think paladins are “god mode” they’re ok currently. The shaman is just awful for dps.
They are god mode though. Imagine if shamans had a bubble.

Shamans have never recovered the Bus Shock. 
I think that the fact that we can get an unknown variable like runes to shift us from mid tier to top tier very easily is something very good, currently the 2h enh people are in a ceasefire from the promise of being made useful next phase so we would hope this would be our big ticket next phase well have to see.
