Wrath is not vanilla. It doesn’t need vanillas systems
In all fairness, Blizz stood on that #nochanges soapbox for a hot minute throughout vanilla so that seems incongruent with them forecasting sweeping changes for a game that was 2 expansions away.

Asking a Warrior if they can tank a Wailing Caverns run is not setting any foundation for future conversations. They now know they can tank just fine so the conversation will be like this:

I was under the impression half the appeal of these legacy servers that people wanted to play with out these LFD and LFR systems.

LFD literally came out in the original game, that’s the whole point of Classic is to recreate that experience.

We’re already balancing the entire game around ICC update right at the start, so yes LFD released in that update and should be available at the start.
The Retail LFG tool they put in goes against the entire premise of Classic, it doesn’t even function correctly and people just use it to spam LFG chat anyways which defeats the entire purpose of their tool.

If we are doing that RDF comes at the back end of the expansion and not the front end of it.
To have it at the start wouldn’t be recreating that experience at all.

The LFG tool also isn’t even from Classic, it’s from Retail so that also goes against every single thing you just said.

They’re releasing ICC patch at launch yes, the gameplay is set to Naxx to make it progressive.
Revert the game to Naxx otherwise you have no argument.
If you use ICC patch then you bring all ICC patch features, that’s not up for debate. You don’t get to cherry pick things, that’s stupid and leads to all the issues we have today.

I’d actually be open to RDF if it doesn’t just warp you into the dungeon and I’d also be fine with RDF warping pre WotLK dungeons

No, the whole point of LFD that released in the ICC patch is convenience.
The current tool did not release in original Wrath, it’s a copy from the Retail tool and it does nothing to help the game.
People still spam LFG chat, people still gatekeep groups and groups are still hard to find.
There is no difference between teleporting to the dungeon and not teleporting besides you wanting to waste even more of your life flying to the summoning stone, the purpose of LFD is to save time not waste even more time.

No I want LFD because it’s the original game, the only lazy one is you in this case since every single reply you’ve made is a copy paste of a previous reply.

The games decline came right after the introduction of RDF, maybe the devs are sitting on that knowledge to see if it actually had something to do with it
I don’t think it actually added anything of value to the game aside from burning people out of dungeons way faster
