I need you to understand.
how bad the mythic plus as eSport is to the community.
I remember when clearing a heroic raid meant something. now it just means you’re under geared for dungeons.

See and they said GD never agrees on anything… Here we are all saying the same thing to Blizzard and that is Real smooth move exlax whats next for the rest of us? Oh whats that we don’t matter.
Maybe when someone grows a brain cell maybe just maybe it will flicker with a spark of intelligence but somehow I doubt it…
Lights are on but no one is home… New Activision/Blizzard company motto.
$20,000 plus the budget for the casters is a small-scale production to generate eyes on the game. You guys need to get a reality check. We’re not talking about Blizzard taking 500k budget away from the dev team. This is a glorified TV commercial, with that prize pool going to the player-base rather than some advertising agency executive.

Get the hint please! for the good of the game
I’m curious. Why would new players watch a 15 year old game with a different artstyle (inferior graphics and combat compared to modern esports) and be interested?
When was that? I recall back as far as WoD PUG’ing AOTC raids within like a month to a month and a half of the content releasing.
Could be older returning players, players who quit during BFA and see that Shadowlands offers something they’re interested in.
Play Dream on by Aerosmith and think of Blizzard the song fits. This company couldn’t get a hint even if it was a cow landing on them, in full daylight even.
Ran out of likes so here ya go
Great, let me tell you how this is going to go down because it does not take a genius or a rocket scientist to tell you its going to be filled with the same comps as you see in the MDI, and it only reinforces how bad class balance is.
Can you guys just please work class balance instead of doing stuff like this.
I would of taken class balance instead of this small scale project
Exactly what I meant. Put in any resource you can to improve the game.
I have to disagree with you there.
Old players have a very good idea of what is good balance. Once they see these bad implementation of classes being destroyed to what they had before, they will nope out of the game faster than you can think “Wait”.
You wouldn’t get it. The balance isn’t s*** at this point because of a lack of salary in the current WoW team, it is because of the design philosophy of the dev team. Give Ion that 20,000 dollars and he’d put it into his back pocket and justify the situation the same way he did two months ago - they claim they don’t want to disrupt the meta and force people to reroll classes mid-way through a tier. I partially understand the logic but when a raid tier lasts 9 months instead of 6 the logic doesn’t seem to fly as well.
Now i wanna watch the movie Twister…
Don’t forget your breathing.
Actually that’s how Software teams work. The more you invest the better the results. That includes dev salaries plus people.
Their cost cutting practices over the years is showing,
NGL “The Great Push” sounds like when I hit the cheese too hard the day before.
I would feel bad for the cow… Then again the company is very much like a Twister just a bunch of air circling down a drain and leaveing wreckage in it’s wake.
Welcome to the Great Push sounds like some sort of shady operation the Goblins and Gnomes would be doing in some hidden part of goldenshire.
Here we go with another reason for 9.1 being late and quality & quantity of content in WoW as a whole on a steep decline. I think we can also see why the subscription prices for so many regions are also being increased.
Probably the top elites are bored like everybody else. Remember, they just made a change that gave top rated PvPers points for winning even if they’re on top, a change that was exactly what nobody but a handful of players could have been asking for.
