I would like to know what Blizzard’s intention is concerning WoW now.
Is Blizzards intention to turn WoW into a steaming pile of woke crap?
If so, that is not a game I want to invest any time or money in playing.

Thats not the point. Its something that has been in the game since I think the very beginning. All this time and then suddenly its a problem to someone out there. The pixelated quality is a nostalgic part of it. Changing it to something else doesn’t do anything but piss off a lot of players. And to a bowl of fruit? Are you kidding me? I imagine a lot of people are insulted by that.

Reality check. NPCs and bitmap paintings in game are not women. They are digitally generated avatars in a game and low quality ones at that. This is ludicrous. Only an idiot could be offended by a half naked, crudely rendered female avatar in a 14 year old game.

Thing is people that are mad clearly see a sexy woman there and thats a very wierd inference. Blizzard itself doesnt need reasons to change any assets of their own game lol.

No, it isn’t. It implies there was something wrong with them before and there wasn’t. Why do you think one painting was changed to show less skin and the other was literally changed to a bowl of fruit. What was wrong with the paintings? Nothing. Its downright insulting in my opinion.

Do you honestly believe the paintings being changed has nothing to do with removing the portrayal of women in a sexualized manner? Why these paintings? What was wrong with them before? Why didn’t they instead improve the quality of the images instead of literally changing them to something else?

Because its WHY people think they are being changed that people have a problem with this. You’re doing nothing but trying to divert from that and trying to make it about people being upset over paintings of beautiful women being removed when its not about that at all. You’re ignoring the point completely. You completely ignored my question as to what was wrong with them before by saying why can’t they change? Why did they have to change and again what was wrong with them before? You’re the one that seems to have a problem with paintings of attractive women eh? Pretty sad.
Blizzard is making these changes for their upcoming lawsuit, so they can use it as “evidence” that they are reformed.
