This orc gets it.
/hands plate of chili fries.
I disagree but that is funny you said orders…
The void is a chaotic force, there is no order in it.
Ret would have been the ideal one if it had been a thing back in the day…it’s the darker side, even it’s icon is purpley. Using their powers to harm and such.
Here is a list of paladins at the grounds. None of them are high elves. But there a few blood elves on the list.
Chaos is a reminder of why we have order.
and probably self control like try not to eat 450 chicken nuggets…
It’s what an order is…
4.
a society of monks, priests, nuns, etc., living according to certain religious and social regulations and discipline and at least some of whose members take solemn vows.
Different groups dedicated to different powers.
void and blood elves are both high elves. thalassian elves, no matter what kind of juice they drink, are all high. high as freakin kites
When fighting a helf remember to bring snacks…
or ear plugs depending on the situation.
we aren’t all so weird about it. like fine im an elf from quel’thalas. cool. now excuse me while i enslave this disgusting shivarra and command her to hypnotize my brothers and sisters into thinking of nothing but love. for her. You’re all welcome.
Ngl I honestly laugh at elves whenever I see em.
Like they are seen high and mighty but just as dumb and uncaring like most races…
Nah, it works fine on it’s own. It is the best spec for overly zealous paladins.
Yeah we have druids for nature… mages for arcane… paladins for light… warlocks for void and fel… priests can be either light or shadow…
But anyways seriously, there is no precedent, nor benefit of adding void paladins in game, it would add nothing since paladins on there own can be evil (scarlet crusade anyone) and on top of that the Void can’t as easily do what light can and vice versa. This is on top of paladins being blessed and baked in light at their ceremonies. Again, lore would have to be 100% rewritten to make it work, and being paladins is one of the franchises brand classes it would nor be a good idea to do so.
The only reason for a “void” paladin to exist commonly is for it to ve playable for void elves, and honestly such a thing would be better served as a brand new unique class.
I agree that dark iron dwarves being paladins makes 0 sense… also Tauren Paladins and priests make 0 sense
I’ve seen at least one Goblin paladin in the game.
why? the light isn’t holy in the way jesus is. It’s a misconception. It’s why the scarlet crusade and yrel exist. It’s divine but not necessarily benevolent. It responds to those who believe in its power and believe that they are using said power for the right thing. It doesn’t care how we define right and wrong. It responds to devotion not actions.
Just gonna disagree.
Anything you mentioned can be expanded upon to include what I and others are asking for.
I get you’re a purist and we’re not going to agree. Nothing has to be rewritten, it’s just an expansion.
Be a great option for undead and anyone else who liked it.
I’d like a wide variety of visual spell options to further customize my characters instead of them all being the same old thing.
A new void based melee spell casting class would be welcome as well. No reason we can’t have both. The more options the better.
[chuckles in undead priest]
I’d like to see the Ragnaros hearthstone card become an actual story element.
Have Azeroth awaken as a titan and resurrect the fallen elemental lords and cleanse them of their corruption as it was her fault they ended up that way. Ragnaros could then become one of her generals in the battle against the void or whatever and the dark iron would be followers, give them fiery spell effects.
A Paladin in a fantasy world setting has always been a Holy Light wielding Warrior.
The word Priest is a generalization for a lot of specs like Warrior.
A Paladin is a Warrior that uses the light or holy powers.
If we did have something similar for the void it wouldn’t be a Paladin it would be called something else.
Paladin is to specific to be anything other then holy or light.
