I play both, I like both. Maybe you should stop being an elitist jerk and let others play how they want. If it wasn’t for ‘retail vacationers’ there would be no classic population.

I think that’s ludicrous. Why is the way that these “retail players” want to play the game any less valid than the way that you want to play the game? There’s always been many different ways to play the game, and if someone wants to complain about a game or annoy people while playing, then they’re well within the purview of their privileges under the ToS. This isn’t new. This is always how WoW has been. If you spent much time in The Barrens, Westfall, Redrige Mountains, etc. when vanilla was actually new, you would know this. There were always trolls, there was always griefing. There were always whiners. It’s the internet, you either just have to get over it or realize that maybe you actually don’t want to deal with people in general.

While you’re at it, shut down Classic, delete all the information gathered, then relaunch it at 60 USD with the additional 15 USD/month subscription fee. /s
I prefer it this way. I can play retail to maintain my account and enjoy Classic.
its obvious that blizz expected classic to fail as evidenced by them only adding like what, only 10 servers at launch? they realized that was a huge mistake and proceeded to add like 20 more over the course of weeks.

also all the people crying and being overall toxic over not wanting to pay seperately for classic are exactly the problem i was talking about. im sure myself and others dont want these people to have free access to classic, it ruins our experience.

Why, when the sub cost hasn’t gone up since the game came out, would they decide to LOWER it due to splitting retail and Classic into separate subs?
That makes zero sense.
Right now, we pay one sub and get two versions of the same game. Not really anything you can do to improve on that.

a week is 7 days, weeks are more than 7 days…
the reasoning of one sub seems to be to attract players with classic while giving them access to retail so they can see what its like now, in case they enjoy it and get hooked(even if its only after they’re done with classic). while also allowing retail players the option to play in the wow museum, especially in boring parts between patches/expansion. which should retain more players. but hey, what do i know.
