They do, and it seems to align with their thoughts OR they are hiding something. This is similar to me to the start of legion 4 legendary cap thing. The community got together and proved it was a thing without even really knowing it was and it forced blizzard to acknowledge the truth.

This should be looked at as the same thing. I entered this thread with massive skepticism and am sadly not surprised with the results.

Lots of words, but no actual proof, which is a shame. Its a shame because people are serious enough to keep replying to me after all this time but no one wants to take actual action.

I geuss im just different. If some one told me “there is no way you do this, its impossible” and i actually knew it to be possible, id have made like ten attempts at proving that person wrong by now.

I dont want to give up on this discussion because i keep hoping people would eventually show me something that would compel to take their side but no one seems to want to get their hands dirty for the communities benefit.

Hope some one decides to step up.

50 is enough, if you want the heritage armor, delete one of your 50 ok lol

if you feel you “paid the 60” for the boost, you can open ticket to gm saying hey man im going for heritage for so and so are any of my characters not boosted (list your characters with the realm they play on) you will get a response :slight_smile:

Maybe if you aren’t going to have ties to them and all you are going to do with them you should either go the trial character route or delete them after you finished that RP with them.

Can you actually imagine how much storage space they need for characters when they keep them forever for everyone who started playing this game.

You have enoguh time to play 50 charecters, i am sure you have know money for a second sub, or enough gold for a second sub…

yeah it is alot of storage space, 1 item is not much… but all charecters, on all accounts, over the entire history of wow… it adds up.

A second sub is for two people and dual-boxing

and then there will be three… 4…5…

(I currently get to wow 8)

To create allied races you need BfA …
It is not for all accounts.

Your scornful insistence we prove something unprovable really comes across as an attempt to troll those who play differently to you.

There is no way to prove in a forum thread one is using more than 50 alts.
I could post on 99 and list what I have done on them in the last couple of months, but you could simply disbelieve it anyway - and I’d be likely to cop a ban for spamming the forum.

So what do you want, exactly?
Time lapse photography on Youtube of us playing each character recently, that we have precognitively prepared in advance; ready to show you when you make such ridiculous demands?

Metrohaha, we have no reason to prove anything to you. You are just one more “green”, with no more power to influence Blizzard than any of us have. Plenty of hubris, I admit, but no power, and therefore no right to snidely demand anything of other players.

I would be willing to believe that people play 99 characters if they just post the characters on their characters creation screens for all the characters they have. If I see a bunch of under 50s though and less than 20 over 100 I am going to go with the you aren’t really playing them camp.

One of the biggest issues with this is that a fair number of people are holding character names on lvl 1s.

Its not a matter of whether they can or cannot. Its a matter of whether they “want to” or not.

I fully agree that if you are a toon hoarder that is a you problem, not a blizzard problem. If you need more than 50 character slots, then fork over the extra money for another account. You are not without options. If you cant afford it, again that is a you problem not a blizzard problem.

Well, I think that’s the issue. Since Blizzard has the complete data, no amount of anecdotal “proofs” by any one could be sufficient.

Granted, you said no one has offered any proof that they would need the increase in character slots, but even if someone did, Blizzard can still say no regardless on account of their own data or whatever other reason they may have.

Thus, I think it’s enough that people are asking for it, and Blizzard can decide if and when they think it should be done, just like when someone asked recently to have all 50 characters in one server and they agreed.

the option should be there imo. “no one plays 50 characters” isn’t the reason why they don’t allow it. $$$
