Nu Blizzard is never going to go for that one, they’re too busy censoring stuff. They did it with the Worgen female remodel.
I’m still trying to figure out who thought it was a good idea to revert to the 1920s after fighting against the Puritanical Brigade for 70 years to be able to show skin.
Oh no! That female character model shows a hint of ankle between the top of it’s shoe and it’s pants! Someone put the censorship fuzz over it before some poor young child gets a lascivious thought!

I’d love to go into a raid and not see half the females wearing two pixel armor sets from vanilla. They really need to either update the iconic skimpy armor or make some new ones. They just look terrible next to recent armor sets.

Definitely need some leather pants, chaps, bikini choices. Every other armour type has plenty of choices.
Or like that chef… Emerill? How he used to shout “BAM!” when he added some kind of spice to what he made.
Okie dokie. You like it when we gents sport a loincloth, and we gents like when a beautiful lass dresses in her skimpiest garb. It’s not sexist when we know we look good, and we’re complimented for looking good. 
Aslong as they still put as much work into proper armour I’m fine with skimpy armour. It’s when every armour set is skimpy that I start to worry. If the artists can just say…do both skimpy and non skimpy variants of every armour set…I’d say go for it. Choices are great.

Also, there isn’t much room inside most male pants for any package, even a small package. What about the 14th and 15th century cod pieces you see in museum art? These wow designs really make no sense.

I have laughed out of my chair as people stop to clearly look over my skimpy mogged toons. I have gotten many compliments over the years and often tell people where they can get the mogs themselves if they are curious.

Ideally it should be a happy mix of both extremes and the inbetweens.
So if an expac has 300 armor sets. 100 sets of all three art styles should allow everyone to find something they like.

I remember one time i was playing dc universe online. With my female huntress like magic using super hero. A guild raid was happening and one of the team members was drunk/high.
And as we where all talking strategy outside the boss room he complimented my character on having a nice butt.
It was ackward but hilarious we all laughed for a solid 5 minutes.
These kinds of things can be really fun.

It’s a nice feeling to have the options. I have some characters whom would look great with a kilt. Leather armor with a short kilt that goes half-way down the thigh would be nice. We’ve seen the long kilt, we should see shorter kilts, even if it just applies to female characters as a visual option. We all know we’d have that one character who’d happily sport a kilt like a celt.

True that. Though i have to say wows skirts and kilts are not modeled very well. So its not as ideal as i would like.
Best bet is to use something that looks like shorts then use a belt with some kind of dangling part with physics built in.
I have to admit having worn an authentic kilt in real life. They are rather comfy.

I enjoy it but I also enjoy conservative dress, which is why I kind of want variations on the same armours.
I’ve gone commando before, and it is comfy. A kilt has it’s convenience if you go commando to, but you gotta keep something on to keep it from flying up in a breeze!
I do like you point of a kilt being a belt with ragdoll parts. We see the potential for it in the Taurne heritage set. As a belt, it would be nice as the option. Blizzard knows it’s possible now to have a ragdoll kilt.
Preach it! We’re all sick of the puritanical garbage! Sex sells, it’s profitable. When you see something sexy, you want to get in on that, which is profitable. WoW is a different animal from CoD. Sexy skimpy armor options fit the fantasy tropes, and WoW is fantasy. CoD is more of a realism thing.

Our current art devs do not have the same vision as the original artists of Warcraft. I personally believe that needs to change, not everyone is a fan of armor that looks good only on Orcs.
