And restarted, again, after I made this post and the mount was there but still no owl. Parrlok appeared too from streaming on Discord but my friend who did that as well received theirs instantly.
Got the mount instantly. Still waiting on the pet which I claimed about 5 hours ago at this point.

Same issue. Code redeemed with no problem. Pet never showed in game. Even restarted client etc.

Same issue. got the code redeemed and says successful on account but nothing happened in the game. relogged and everything. Code says it’s been redeemed now too.

Redemptions can take up to two days to go through. Previous drops (esp. ones mediated by Twitch for subs, as ppl can be devious and do chargebacks on the subs after they have redeemed the code).

Mine doesn’t show either. I redeemed the code several hours ago. I got he mount instantly, but not the pet
I have also redeemed the code but no pet in my pet journal.
Same. Must be a bug.
I read it may take 24 hours for it to go through so perhaps after reset.

If there’s a wait time, then that’s totally fine. Still, it doesn’t hurt to put this on their radar just in case something actually did break.

Redeemed the code in Battlenet, but the pet has never shown up.
Also redeemed the code over 12 hours ago.
Still no pet.
Submitted an in game Bug Report as well.
I have also experienced this issue. In attempting to be as thorough as possible in claiming the item I read all the “disclaimers” and noted that Twitch and Blizzard (in fine print) DO state that it could take up to 24 hours or more to receive the item even though in previous experiences the item in question was received almost instantaneously.
Let’s also acknowledge that it’s ACTUAL launch day and I’m sure those without early access are probably running into issues as well. With that said, I suggest that if you have already deleted the notification in your Twitch streaming window that tells you that you met the requirements for receiving the item, get a screenshot of the code from your Twitch rewards page and hold on to it JUST in case and then wait patiently for 24 hours.
Worst that could happen at that point is Blizzard asks for proof and now you’ll be able to provide it. I know that waiting for a shiny new toy is extremely difficult but in this case… it must be done LOL.

The redemption code says it can take 24 hours to generate on twitch. There’s no indication on the wait time for the pet itself after being redeemed

What bothered me was not being able to redeem the pet on Twitch like we have before with other stuff from Twitch…then have to copy the code on Twitch and go to my bnet account and redeem it there…that has never happened to me before while claiming and redeeming on Twitch
