When wow was released i was already 12 and played games for 7 years ±
Oh yeah plenty of times and to the one that was in Metro Center back in the day.
My first childhod gaming system was one of these (maybe not this exact model )

My first MMO was a game called Conquer and it’s still a thing even now. I noticed it also has poker on the site also. They also have a youtube if you want to see what its all about.
ultima online was my 1st online game and played it for 10 years
i cant even remember the first game i played that got me into gaming. the first MMO ive ever played was SWG and that totally changed my genre of gaming into an MMO love relationship.
I remember renting Final Fantasy one.
Someone had actually left a save state with the airship. I also rented out these bad boys lol

lol, all these companies selling us stupid cleaning kits that were never needed. All you needed was a Q-tip and Iso alcohol.

I did it anyway lol. Also, I think gave myself a headache a couple times trying to blow out the cartridges.
what a croc that was, and you didn’t use much anyway, and it would just evaporate within minutes.
Yea blowing into your cartridge was prolly the worst thing you could do, adding moisture to it
No but I’d say my first MAJOR game would be Diablo 2 but back then, I was like… 7. Yeah, totally perfect game to give a child. xP Though I wasn’t fully into it given my tiny brain at the time never grasped its difficulty (And not overcoming my fears, which is why I played Necromancer).
Sure, I have played many others but they didn’t grasp my attention for long, something I don’t like to admit were my first game if I sat there and played for like… 10-20 minutes. Diablo 2 however… I was at it for a LONG time despite how bad I was at the time. Of course WoW did come around in 2004 and that also was the next big thing for me even while it was, too, a game I didn’t fully grasp at the time. Only until Cataclysm when I had come back to it being where my brain can understand everything.

Super Mario World. I was 6, and it was my Christmas present. If I had played a game before that, I don’t remember.
Commander Keen, Jill of the Jungle, Kiloblaster. Games a lot of people probably never heard of.
For computer games I started with the Elder Scrolls.
I wanted something similar so I got into WoW.
Pong here 
Then an Intellivision console system that came with an Indiana Jones type adventure game. Later a Nintendo console. Tecmo Super Bowl was my fav.
Oh Ultima Online, how much fun I had there.
That was my first ‘graphical’ MMO, after muds/mushes and whatnot being my first text based ‘MMO’.
Though technically I guess dialup bulletin boards was around then too.
