How would you know what mechanics I can or can’t do if you’ve never raided with me? Logs don’t give the whole story either.

If you are grey parsing in raid why would I bring you to my dungeon group?
It may not tell the whole story but it tells most of it
Gs is the standard so get used to the gatekeeping, no one cares if you like it or not, without personally grouping with you, or seeing your logs you cant just say your good, Undergeared for any group content makes you a carry and a liability that slows the run down and costs everyone more time and effort. We call you scrub or floor tank cause most of time your a write off not wasting healers mana to keep up, especially melee dps, ever notice its the rogue that drops first in omg rng moments? Why are the warlock and hunter still standing? Cause they take least dmg and furthest away from the boss. You think you know the mechanics but thats not enough, you need the properly geared group and comp is a big player too.

200+ ilvl is not undergeared for H+. These are dungeons, not Ulduar hard modes.

Not at all, I’ve really had multiple people tell me that in game. My pally is up to 4k gs now, so hopefully groups get easier to find.

If you’re failing at easy raid mechanics theres a high likelihood you’re gonna fail at easy dungeon mechanics too. You’re already a carry to begin with.

They just about do, actually. Not that there’s any unseen context that could suddenly make your parses not terrible, anyway.

Raid parses are irrelevant to a discussion about dungeons.
Seriously? Raids are just scaled up dungeons and raid logs are a greate snapshot of how well you play, Its unbiased data so how is it irrelevant. Only a simp would come to the forums to complain about getting rejected over low gearscore and argue against dozens of people saying your undergeared and h+ is not pre raid content. Its post phase 1 raid filler, not skip raiding to gear up.
Dungeons ARE pre-raid content. Look up any pre-raid BIS list for phase 2 or 3 and you’ll see H+ drops listed.
What is the point of “pre raid bis” in this phase when you can enter Naxx10 and get 213 gear for less effort and WAY less time than spamming H+ dungeons?
I’ve never looked up parses for dungeons, I just know what your “just fine” probably looks like dps on a 200 ilvl ret paladin because I’ve seen your parses.
Why not make your own group, though? I don’t think people are wrong to take other dps over your low geared character, it’s just too easy to do so, but you wouldn’t have to deal with that if you made the group yourself. And no one would bat an eye if you’re 4k now unless you were doing truly awful dps.
