You are conflating many different kinds of account actions under one “ban” and seem to think they are all the same.
They are not. There ARE false positives. Nobody disputes that. You seem to think all the ones overturned are for the same thing though.
Some are social infractions (spamming, advertising, language use)
Some are for automation/cheating activities
Some are for game non-participation/griefing keys
Etc.
Please, stop trying to lump them together. It does not give you the data you think you are getting.
You very very clearly don’t read the forums. There are no GMs here. Further, nobody ever said, or will say, that false positives or mistakes don’t happen. They do. That is why the appeals process exists.
If you feel the need to continue this crusade, that’s on you. You really don’t seem to know what you are raging against, as no one has ever said false positives don’t happen.
But continue this crusade on your own, and stop derailing unrelated threads with it.
You continue to post for the sole intention of causing unrest and discontent on this forum.
There are no facts from another thread that pertain to this thread. The broad category is similar (an appeal of an account action), but you don’t know any specific details about either thread.
I would also caution you to stop saying this in most threads you reply to. Flag posts that break the rules, but appealing for threads to be closed is also a form of trolling.
Not only that, but they are lumping account actions that haven’t been overturned, but simply had the penalty adjusted. There are times that Blizzard will take a permanent ban and change it to a lesser suspension. This doesn’t mean the action was in error, just that Blizzard felt like the person deserved a 2nd chance so the penalty was adjusted.
At this point it is probably wise to just ignore them and report for trolling, they are clearly only here to sealion by “just asking questions, why do you hate questions? Why do you hate Merica?!?!”
