Just logged in for the first time in a little over a week and found that all of my warband characters were missing, even though all the rest were there. I saw a similar problem here in this post but the solution they mentioned of manually selecting the realm doesn’t work for me. In fact, the number of characters it shows on the realm list for that realm (Dalaran-US) seems to exclude the 4 that should be there in my warband.
I already tried looking at the character restoration tool and they don’t show up there as options, nor do they even appear online when I view my characters at https://worldofwarcraft.blizzard.com/en-us/characters.
I’m really hoping they aren’t gone forever, as at least one of them I’ve been playing since 2007…
It seems that your post here and your ticket lack the most essential information… the name of the characters you are missing. Your ticket doesn’t even mention the realm. We’re happy to look into the issue, but we have no idea what characters you had selected for your Warband. That is only really something you can see.

So sorry, i mentioned the realm was Dalaran-US, and the names are:
Earthwëaver
Felwëaver (or Fëlweaver, I don’t remember and can’t check of course)
Frostwëaver
Hotwëaver
I did notice you have Earthweaver in the ticket so I was using that to start.
That character is on Tichondrius, not Dalaran. It looks like it used to be on Dalaran but you transferred that character back in 2022.
In fact, all of the characters you mentioned are on Tichondrius. They are the characters you accessed most recently and are some of the highest levels on the WoW license.
You do have some characters on Dalaran, but they are mid-level characters and haven’t been logged into for a couple of months.

Alright, so it turns out that in my panic of thinking mmy characters were gone, I totally forgot I moved realms… xD
In the realm list, Tichondrius showed no characters, but just like the post I linked said, once I selected it manually they popped up. Thank you SOOO much!
