I was randomly disconnected from the game and my warband characters are completely gone. Other older characters from separate/shared realms still exist. Manually selecting the current realm has no effect. Happened about 30 minutes ago.
I’d fully relog, Leprocotic.
There were issues, they are clearing up.

I have just tried this and they are still completely gone. They are not even listed in the 4 warband slots.
*Edit: They are back, but were dropped out of the warband slots. Very bizarre UI behavior.
I have had the same issue, ALL 4 of my characters in the Favorite slots are gone, The main toons, After logging again after playing earlier, NO one deleted them Not even possible to be deleted as I live alone. And my cat sure can’t spell Delete 4 times! Support keeps saying use the Undelete button! That hasnn’t worked since July, AND THEY were not DELETED anyway. This is JUST Wrong, My main toon I only been playing for about 20 years gone with 1000000+ Gold on him, Bought Tokens on him. FIX This now!!!

Yes on this account, My Level 60 warrior and pali gone, Yes they were not deleted by me, They are just gone.
Have you tried using search at the char select screen? I see them.

See what, I see is a level 1 warrior and level 2 warriors, I have not played since making them many years ago. I only play my 60 warrior that is gone, Does not show up on my search. Also it only shows 1 toon in the server list on Kil’Jaeden, That is the Server I had them all on.
Can you manually select realm and Kel’thuzad.

I have manually change or selected the realms, Well It does not show any characters in Kel’thuzed but I picked it anyway, And sure enough they are showing my toons, I don’t understand what is going on. And no matter what Server I pick that says I have toons on them, they just show the same list of toons that every other server shows. Except when I manually select Kel’thuzad,
Looks like the majority of your characters are on Dalaran and Kel’thuzad

Thank you, It still does not show any in Kel’thuzad in the realm list, But does show my 4 characters on the right when picked it. I still don’t know whats going on, But Can now log into them.
Warbands are getting shuffled around in some situations. My warband characters and all of my max level characters got pushed to the bottom of my character list twice now during disconnects.
I also have a blood elf hunter that I cannot find in the new warband list aswell as several other characters that just don’t exist that I never deleted
You appear to have two WoW licenses on this Battlenet account, Teghagh. WoW#1, which is currently active and updated to War Within, doesn’t have any Blood Elf Hunters on it that I can see. None deleted, transferred or faction changed and you don’t have any history of race changes that I can see.
WoW#2 seems to have a couple of Blood Elf Hunters, which are level 44 and 45 on Thrall. You have other characters on Bleeding Hollow, Borean Tundra, Doomhammer, and Shadowsong. Many of those accessed last in 2021.
So I’d check that license for the characters you believe you might be missing.

Imagine having 58 characters organized for crafting in a certain order only to have them shuffled every week randomly. GOOD TIMES!!!
