Want REfund for Shadowlands

I want a refund for Shadowlands, After the delay due to shotty work and now being delayed as my characters are not found. I was in the city and got Dcd when I clicked the Portal gate thingy then nothing since. How do I get a refund? Blizzard has finally lost me after being a dedicated fool since 2005.

Update: Hey folks, While we do not yet have a resolution, I have word that they may have identified the cause and they are working to mitigate it. For all impacted by this issue, thank you for your patience. We hope to have everyone in-game and playing as quickly as possible. Hey all, We’re aware of the log in issues, including characters not appearing. They are being looked into. As soon as I have an update I’ll pass it along.
