A guilty verdict did not come straight from the state. So yes its still “wait and see”
No that is not what happened. The allegations brought against him by a stalker were removed from the internet by a judges order. Because the judge found her posting about Flynn to be more harassment and that’s what restraining orders are meant to stop.
The veracity of her allegations were not investigated by the court because they were irrelevant to whether or not she was stalking him. She did not take him to court for his alleged misconduct and thus he was never investigated

Saying don’t have nude photos is not blaming victim, no matter how many times I say it is not or how many times you say it is.

Not to mention they have been WFH for a year of that “2 year” investigation lol. Not sure what they were investigating other than interviews.
The question is…if the “supervisor” had the nude photos…how did they get said photos.

Ill say it as well, dont have nude photos on your phone. Doesnt matter if your are male or female, dont do it.

I don’t mean necessarily for the case specifically…other than there are certain narratives of how said person got those photos that would call lie to some statements folks on here are using as accusations. There is the possibility of those photos existing being helpful or harmful to the defendant.
Again we don’t know, nor really should we.
The same people that flag posts about LGBT, BLM, etc are the same ones that say “wait for evidence” this toxic masculinity needs to stop

I am saying wait for evidence and I could care less in regards to a persons skin color, religion, sexual preference etc. So quit trolling.
In the context of an incident where a woman killed herself because a coworker shared her nudes, yes it is.
The person at fault here is the scumbag who shared the nudes with coworkers. Full stop.
