Wait for the actual evidence before you judge

Do you think OJ isn’t guilty? Because if you’re trying to defend Blizz he might not be the best example ijs

Yes while there are credit card leaks, it’s less damaging than a nude photo because you can reconfigure a credit card number and it is secure again. Plus FDIC insures against financial loss. You can’t really ever erase a nude photo from the internet - it’s really not the same thing and that is a big reach argument.

A two year investigation has resulted in plenty of evidence lmao. These are not willy-nilly public allegations.

Both are violations of private information. I don’t know where you got the idea that one case is a violation and the other isn’t lol.

It doesn’t have to be limited to credit card numbers, it could be any other personal information where it is a lot harder to recover. Victims of identity theft deal with it for many years after it happens, have their credit ruined (which isn’t something that can just be fixed by the FDIC), lose their job etc. Is it their fault for putting their personal information into a ‘secure’ form?

Quinton Flynn was not proven innocent. He has not been investigated for sexual misconduct because no one has pressed criminal charges.

Already submitted an ticket to have the 6mo sub I just purchase yesterday to be cancel and refuned.

Game: Account, App, & Shop

Topic: Not listed here

Description: I want to cancel the 6mo sub I just purchase due to the FART BOY incident. Is unacceptable blizzard is doing nothing about it and even claims is not their fault. Such a digusting act by blizzard. Don’t play the victim. What blizzard should have done is admitted their wrong doing fire anyone with the sexual hrassment and issue a statement and accept judgment. I am done with this company where it looks down upon female and treats them as an object.

Estimated response time: 24 hours

The allegations he was accused of that got his lines expelled were dismissed by a judge.

Don’t know what you get out of that, but it sure doesn’t imply guilt.

There’s insurance against identity theft and financial theft, there’s not insurance against a nude photo. Sorry it’s not the same thing. You don’t need to have nude photos to live in society, unless of course that’s your profession.

Lol I was mainly talking about where the blame goes. Blaming the victim for nude photos being leaked is the same as blaming the victim when their credit card (or other personal information) is stolen.

Well, I don’t know who blamed the victim here (no, I didn’t read the 190+ posts and don’t plan to haha), but no one is to blame except the person who leaks the info.

You’re missing the entire point. It’s blatant harassment to pass around an obscene photo of another person at work no matter where it came from. There is no rationalization about “don’t take nude photos of yourself” that makes it OK. That’s simple victim blaming. It’s not even clear from the lawsuit that the photo was consensual in the first place.

Have you ever had your identity stolen, or know someone that has? There is no easy way to recover. It isn’t like you have your social stolen then just say “hey, it was stolen, can I get a new one?”

Same with credit score, if your identity is stolen and your credit score plummets, they aren’t going to revert it back to what it was.

The point is if you think it is the victim’s fault their nude photo was leaked, then you are also saying that it is the victim’s fault that their financial information got stolen.

Witness statements are circumstantial evidence.
Fact is witnesses lie, misinterpret, misrepresent, misremember and forget.

no not the brightest thing in both of our books, but in todays culture not exactly out of the norm. What is extremely dumb - is crawling around cubicles of women drunk.

I’m not missing the point.

Of course. But if the photo never existed in the first place, then you have removed all of the potentiality.

Not blaming the victim, but okay go off queen.

Correct. I’m just saying that it’s better to not have nude photos on your phone than have them on your phone.

And this is part of the problem. People are going on feels not facts.

These are the results of a TWO YEAR investigation.

“Allegations” is a legal term meaning that there will be a suit filed but a verdict has not been reached. There IS evidence and they are guilty.

How do I know there is evidence? THEY INVESTIGATED FOR TWO YEARS.

Well, it was apparently enough work to have photographic evidence, written document evidence, and an actual dead woman, who’s suicide was due directly to the sexual harassment she faced.

Even if those two years really turned out to be two hours work, with that amount of evidence, it’s a bit past “he said, she said”. Just a touch.
