Last i checked it says support not service the only thing thats gona happen is ur venting being fed to the harpies on sirens isle.

For starters we aren’t stating opinions on this thread but facts and linking what SFA’s have said multiple times.
Secondly this is not the forum section to voice your opinion.
Thirdly if you continue this tantrum the thread will be locked by a SFA and you might lose your forum privileges. I suggest you stop.

I’d recommend reading the pinned posts in the future. This forum is not one for feedback, it is not one by which you contact a GM. A GM, to my understanding, is also not the means by which you provide feedback, that’d be the non-support forums or the in-game feedback tool.

It says “Customer Support”. This forum serves as an Information Desk to help players navigate through the Support/ticket system, explain policies, and explain account services.
You seem to dislike the Vote to Kick system that has been in the game for over a decade. The information you can be given in this case, is that GMs via tickets, and Customer Support does not handle suggestions. They don’t serve as liaisons to the Developers. None of the Support section of the forums is for game suggestions or feedback.
The people who do that role, are called Community Managers. Their job is to read the Discussion forums for feedback and collect that into reports for the Devs. They also collect feedback from reddit, social media, streams, discords, etc.
The CS forum Info Desk here is mostly handled by other players, with occasional Blue Blizzard oversight on their shifts. They are not GMs and do not provide services.
You have been given correct information. If you wish to post a suggestion you need to use the in-game suggestion tool or post on one of the Discussion forums.

Change the forum name to match what your saying it’s for. No where does it say this is player to player help. Also not to mention the people just coming in here to stir things up even more.

The service you seem to want is not provided here. You have been told this is not a point of service to contact CS/GMs. You have been told you can’t contact or pass feedback to Devs via this forum. The only thing you will get here is information on how to make a Suggestion for World of Warcraft.
That is done by posting on the WoW Discussion forums or using the in-game suggestion tool.
CS does not pass on feedback.
Those are simple facts. The forum rules are also pretty clearly stated.

Might I suggest we all let Earl head off to the Discussion forums and let this thread die?
They seem determined to be angry at the information being given, and want to argue or attack those who give the info. Nothing constructive is going to come of this I don’t think.
Just flag posts that break the rules and let the Mods/Blues handle it when they are in.
