Magority rules they can vote kick for what ever reason.
Look if u want a change post in dungeon raids scenarios but ill be blunt Im glad they added penalties salty players used to hold the group hostage because one player wouldnt play nice with the others.
Also u need to be more constructive and less masked language.
The CS forum doesn’t take feedback/suggestion. If you want to have your voice heard, you’d need to do it in the dungeons forums.

You realy dont want to go down that route there are forum vacations as well as ingame vacations.
If your intent with this thread is to be confrontational, I’d discourage that. The advice given was correct, this is not a forum to post feedback and it will not be collected here. You will want GD or dungeons/raids/instances for such a post. There’s nothing that we, nor forum staff, can assist with here.

It doesn’t, and this is not a feedback forum. It’s to assist people through things like the ticket system or other help, mostly given by players. Not a place to bypass tickets or provide feedback.

This is the most moderated forum, it’s not wise to be confrontational or to troll here.
Furthermore this is a player to player help forum with occasional SFA assistance (the blues here).
There have been numerous threads on Vote Kicks here and the SFA’s have always said the same thing, that this is not the place to argue about them. If you want to give feedback post it in the dungeon forums.
This is a player to player help desk, not a means to contact customer support.
That’s not opinion, that is information that has been stated by Blizzard SFAs.
