Everytime I accept a summon from the summoning stone outside vortex pinnacle it tells me i dont have the requirement.
What is going on???

It’s hard to help with no info on the toon in question, if retail or classics, or info on what’s going on.
There’s no vortex pinnacle in classic.
are you in the past version of uldum?
What version of uldum matters? Given that vortex pinnacle was before BFA…??? or what
I didn’t do any quests. in the bfa or cata timeline.
i don’t know that it matters, but it seems like a logical thing to try changing.

I didnt change anything or touch anything in uldum on this toon. So i dont think thats the issue but ima test it out.
If I had to guess, Triceps, the summoning stone is likely operating off of old level requirements and your character is too low level to enter that area, therefore be summoned.
That is just a guess, but seems logical.
Otherwise, you may try resetting your User Interface just to see if something there is interfering.
If the issue persists I’d recommend sending it to our QA team for investigation by submitting a Bug Report. You can do so in-game through the Support Menu or by posting in the Bug Report forum.

My toon in question is level 70 doing an m+ thats why Im getting summoned there.
Vortex pinnacle is currently in the m+ roster.

Then that is definitely strange.
Try the UI reset just in case, but you’ll likely want to submit a bug report.

What happens when you take the portal?
Just changed the timeline in uldum worked. Why would that matter though???

It is two different phases. There may be something bugged between Cata and BfA. Definitely file a bug report.
The Uldum Portal puts me on a high up piece of land phased into the BfA version.

I also ran into this issue when trying to be summoned to M+ tonight. 415 lvl 70. I was standing in valdrakken when i received the summons, but the game bugged on requirements and wouldn’t let me take it.
I submit a bug report - i do wish there it would create a ticket# so i could reference it for a fix.
EDIT: i went to Uldum and found i wasn’t set to be at present time - which meant Vortex Pin wasn’t even on the map. I’d kind of expect the game to figure that out on its own and correct it or prompt for me to do rather than failing the summons and making me figure it out on my own.

This happens to me too, only for that dungeon. It states “You don’t meet the requirements for that…” I am 70, been doing keys all season, I guess it could be the timelines in Uldaman but I have no idea. I just take the portal and fly there.
Id report this as a bug then to fir th qa team to take a look.

Same, this has been happening all season and still happened to me this week. I submitted a bug report, but I’m not going to hold my breath that it gets fixed. Probably better to just time a 20 there for the free portal.

I was able to resolve this by taking to Zidormi in Uldum and changing the zone time. I can’t remember if I had to change it to the invasion time or the original timeline, but this fixed it for me.

You need to change Uldum to the time just after Cataclysm, not the current timeline of the invasions.

Same issue.
And the instance is there if I fly to it, so I dont think it’s a timeline thing. That said, I have no idea if I ought to change the timeline or not, but fear if I do then VP will completely disappear.
