You and Naughtymoon do the same thing, put words I did not type into my posts.
All my original post said was the reason BE received Golden Eyes were due to the Sunwell being cleansed. Just as Jeremy states.
“So the quest to explain that actually happened way back in Sunwell Plateau when Anveena sacrificed herself to cleanse the Sunwell. That’s what caused the blood elves to finally lose their fel energy and gain these sort of golden eyes.”
the “and” means both losing fel energy AND gaining golden eyes were due to the Sunwell cleansing at the end of TBC.
It’s funny how before the retorts would’ve been ‘pick some fair skin’ and now that can’t be said. I wonder what the next retort will be after gaining extra hair colors that are normal.
I have a strong belief this will happen because even Night Elves who only had purple/blue/green hair colors (along with 1 white), received black and a kind of orange-blonde like hair as well.
This basically shows why that doesn’t work as some sort of work around because it accomplishes the same goal of looking like a BE
And I really can’t get over how well this paragraph summarizes it but this idea “the hair is coming we will wait” really is a reach like Softsong pointed out the situation very nicely.
Hey guis we’re stealing from blood elves by asking for textures from an alliance race
look at all this theoretical theft that steals from a horde race
this impacts me so greatly i need to make hundreds of posts about how alliance assets steal horde assets
Actually Lann linked you everything you said last night not once but twice, you can play it like you have no clue why people call you out when you say nonsense but don’t mention me while doing it.
Natural hair colors on the Thalassian model allows the AR to replicate its parent races visual theme of being a generic fantasy elf yes I’m glad you acknowledge that.
What’s more is that Ions words about if you want a generic fantasy elf with natural hair color more or less still stands because the Horde is waiting for you with that visual theme that it’s always had.
