Ennas is not a Void Elf. He’s the blood elf the magisters mind controlled when he was protesting in Silvermoon together with Lyria against Quel’thalas joining the Horde.
Glad to see they managed to escape the magisters’ tyranny.

Ive been waiting on nelf paladins since wrath. Then we got one in legion with the paladin class hall… Its nearing the end of DF, still no stinking nelf paladins

Oh they are Void Elves. I believe Blizzard confirmed people can turn into them now.

It just makes sense. They should also add shadowflame effects to locks as well. Purple fire.

Void Knights should be paladins in mechanics, but skinned as Void Knights in thematics, aesthetics, and visuals.

There’s a trend I’ve seen with corporations about “leaner” work forces (I am going to get political here, but I see it as a grab for the older generations to continue to hoard the wealth from the younger generations) and perhaps the art department is not capable of it. The pause we saw I think was because they were tasked with the expansion, like why haven’t the Tauren Totems been touched??
EDIT: On the gossip line, the Dev who did the green fire/warlock design then is hated by a lot of the current devs. That may be a reason too but I am not sure.

i hope so i hope they give all alll the customizations tbh and add new void/high elf ones and then finally let dks have red eyes and then give human dks and warlocks the cult face tattoos too

Since people seem confused and bring up Priests to “prove me wrong”, I should point out that they are incorrect. Up until now, Void Elf Priests had been canonically Shadow Priests. There were never any instances of Void Elves using the Light besides the player character. There were zero Void Elves using the Light, and that was implied to be due to them being unable to because Light + Void = explosion. Same reason we’ve NEVER seen a canon Lightforged Draenei use the Void, all of their Priests have been canonically Holy Priests. Discipline Priests aren’t an example of Light + Void =/= explosion. Discipline Priests don’t combine Light and Void. While they use both, they are used independently. A Void Elf literally can’t do that, as they are actively Void no matter what. We had only ever seen Void Elf Shadow Priests, no Void Elf Disc. Priest or Void Elf Holy Priest. Alleria being “different” was never a justified excuse. Both Alleria and the Void Elf race were both infused with Void energy. It doesn’t matter if that was via a Void Naaru or Void Ethereals pumping them with Void magic. The results are still the same, and therefore the consequences were too.
What is sad is the assets are there. They just need to change the color tints lol.
And even worse for them, the spell and character cosmetics would be a HUGE market to sell for RL cash on the blizz store.
I don’t know about you, but I would give them money for new spell cosmetics lol.
