I’ve always wanted hair tentacles as a separate option because my favorite velf hairstyle doesn’t have tentacles and I want them.
I don’t disagree that it would be nice for Void Elves to share some things (like hairstyles) with Blood Elves. I certainly would like a few Void Elf hairstyles on some of my Blood Elf characters.
But let’s keep in mind that, at least for the time being, the only thing we know Void Elves are getting are skin colors. Void Elves are not getting Blood Elf hairstyles or colors as far as we currently know. Nor are they getting the new Blood Elf jewelry. That can obviously change, and I think additional hair colors for Void Elves are highly likely, though not necessarily the exact same shades that Blood Elves have. I also think it’s a virtual certainty that Void Elves will get the ear size options.
I’m skeptical that Void Elves will see any new hairstyles for Shadowlands launch, but if they do, I doubt they will be any styles that are unique to Blood Elves (remember that some styles Blood Elves have also exist on Humans and Draenei, and possibly other races, so are not Blood Elf exclusive).
theres literally 4 named alliance high elves. 2 in SW, and 2 in boralus
you call 4 easter eggs scattered throughout alliance cities? you have no claim to the dalaran population. that small population has no intrest in faction politics and put dalaran first
as for the elves in the mage quarter speaking with void elves in back alleys, their future is clear and they only appear if you have void elves unlocked as an AR
again you have individuals. every lore source and developer has defined allied high elves as a few or ‘a couple, but theyre not out there like that’
please stop gaslighting that theres a massive invisible alliance high elf population. theres just no point anymore you got what you wanted, a clone of a blood elf playable on the alliance minus natural hair colors and paladins/DHs
LMAO just because the other countless NPC’s don’t have names doesn’t mean they don’t exist I know you’re a troll on here as many people have pointed out to me, but come on, try harder.
The literal brigade of Silver Covenant High Elfs we meet and do quests for in multiple expacs and then who march on Suramar alongside the Kaldorei must be a figment of my imagination.
Engaging with that one will just be an exercise in futility. Her headcanon is too strong.
Sure give them human hair styles that’s better
they show up as part of the dalaran army. under the command of khadgar. vereesa even says ‘wow never thought id share a camp with night elves!’
this is not something someone who is part of the alliance would say
could you imagine a human/dwarf/gnome showing up anywhere and saying ‘WOW NEVER THOUGHT ID SHARE A CAMP WITH NIGHT ELVES LOL’
its the same cotnext they always appear as(representatives of the kirin tor)
always get a laugh when they bring up the 2 SC appearances because theres literally nothing else to provide as an example of alliance high elves
She explained her point, and she is a troll?
You’re just as bad dude. Honestly, I see a lot more toxicity and trolling out of the helfer community, and you’re adding to it.
This isn’t about lore this about fairness in the game that people play it is unfair to take a race and give it to the opposing faction I’m sorry if your favorite race is on the faction you don’t main I love Draenei they are one of my favorite races I main Horde and I don’t want them to make Draenei playable on Horde this game is made around the factions a lot of people have a race they like on their opposing faction but even if the faction has the same model as a race on the other faction they are still two separate races and there has to be differences cus that would be unfair that one of those factions got a race the other had first while the other didn’t get anything in return. Fairness in the game comes before lore cus this is game.
How about all the high elves in Allerian Stronghold? Or the high elves that were in Theramore? They’re named.
At least one of them went neutral since TBC .
There are named high elves in Dalaran, but they are neutral. I am not sure simply being called a high elf = automatically alliance.
Also, neat alt.
Maybe someday they will just remove factions completely (which I think is a bad idea personally) but maybe that will end all the stupid bickering over the factions wanting each others races. Whoever had them first had them! No matter what makes sense lore wise and It’s unfair to give the other faction that didn’t get them just because of a bunch of salty people who didn’t get what they wanted. And take away their unique race.
Eh, Alliance has always asked for one thing or another that the Horde possesses.
Lordaeron, forsaken…mounts…
No they shouldn’t have, the Blood Elf story fits Horde.
Hmmm,
Wouldn’t that strip Blood Elf’s main motif ; racial identity; since it still differentiates to Void Elves?
yea how about them? there was only a few there and their leader returned to their homeland when TBC concluded. i dont think anyone truly believes auric abandoned them and returned by himself. with the sunwell restored and the portal reopened why the hell would any elf stay there
dead
I thought so when BC started. Mana Vampires doing whatever it takes to not only survive but thrive enough to seek out revenge? That felt like it’d fit in with the Horde. But then the Sunwell was restored and the blood elves just stopped being all of that. Liadrin comes off more of a human paladin than our actual human paladins at this point!
Anyways, I don’t think that’s such a problem anyways. The real issue is Blizzard throwing high elf NPCs all over Alliance content for years. Of course players are going to want to be the race they interact with constantly within their own faction! Its just logical.
Or people can get over it and understand you can’t get everything you see. Can I get humans on the horde since we interact with them every expansion? What you describe is not logical, it is emotional. Is it wrong? No
At the same time, people should understand some options shouldnt be because its already there for the HOrde
They should definitely receive options for blonde, to emulate their racial leader and as well as a more natural color in addition to black and white.
They also should receive more exotic colors like pink, lavender, powder blue for example. Lighter colors more a more diverse pallete, and to play off a more/cosmic space theme rather than the reds the Blood Elves have for a more firey/solar theme.
Are there humans in the Horde? Other than the Forsaken I mean. Mind you, I’m all for Forsaken getting access to the Nathanos Model and customizations to match. I think that’d be pretty great for them. More options are always better.
