Lol yeah sometimes matt plays certain songs during the stream as they play. He’s got a freaking ipad last i watched that just does nothing but handle music.

The female Night Elf is Meryl from Metal Gear Solid (Debi Mae West).
Kael’thas Sunstrider is Raiden from Metal Gear Solid 2 (Quinton Flynn).
Now, every time I hear these characters in game, all I can hear is Raiden!!! and Meryl!!!
No one has mentioned Crispin Freeman yet? I’m surprised, cause he’s a brilliant voice actor! He’s been in tons of anime (Hellsing, Naruto, and much more) and video games, but in WoW he’s voiced Maraad, Commander Lindon, and my favorite Old God boss Il’gynoth! He’s also the voice for the male wizard in D3!
That guys VERY good at blending in so you don’t notice “Wait that was HIM”

I read every response and ran out of likes, lol. Wasn’t expecting this many responses but I did enjoy seeing how everyone equates what voice with what character.

Laura Bailey (voice of Jaina) has voiced a ton of characters in a ton of video games but I recognize her the most as Lucina from Fire Emblem: Awakening.
Steve Blum voices Sha of Fear and I recognized him as Spike from Cowboy Bebop (WATCH THIS ANIME BTW), Starscream from Transformers Prime, and a bunch of different video games.
Patrick Seitz voices Garrosh, and he’s got a very distinct voice you can hear in a bunch of anime and games alike. I especially remember him for voicing Dracula in the Castlevania: Symphony of the Night PSP remake and DIO in Jojo’s.
I believe Jennifer Hale voiced Elisande, and she’s a fantastic VA that’s done a ton of different stuff but she voiced a lot of side characters in Justice League Unlimited (Zatanna, Giganta, and Killer Frost iirc), which is one of my absolute favorite shows of all time.
Jim Cummings voices Lorewalker Cho but I swear I remember him for Darkwing Duck first and foremost and can’t unhear that in any of his voices despite his insane vocal range. He also sang various parts of Scar’s iconic “Be Prepared” song in the original Lion King and he copied Jeremy Irons’s voice so well that you’d have probably never known that had I not told you.
I believe Christopher Lee did one version of Lei Shen’s voice, but it wasn’t the version we have on live servers. You can find it somewhere on YT, though.
I think Cam Clarke did Malygos? He’s best known for Liquid Snake in the MGS series although other folks might know him for two of the Male Corrin voices in the Fire Emblem: Fates games (and Male Corrin’s voice in Smash Bros.) or Freddy the Ferret in Back at the Barnyard (yeah, crazy!)
DO NOT quote me on this, but I’m pretty sure Frank Welker voiced Y’shaarj, who you could hear during the Garrosh fight in SoO. Frank Welker is one of the most prolific voice actors of all time, probably only second to the late Mel Blanc. He’s best known for being the voice of Fred Jones in the Scooby-Doo series since the very beginning and Scooby himself since the early 2000s, Megatron (and Soundwave, among MANY others) from the original G1 Transformers, Transformers Prime, and the more recent live-action films, etc. I think he also voiced one of the Arakkoa in WoD.
Voiced one female gnome NPC and gained a lot of popularity for voicing Flayn in Fire Emblem: Three Houses most recently!

I swear if I do enough research I’d find out that basically every semi-notable voice actor I’ve ever followed for something else has probably voiced someone in this game.

Troy Baker (who voiced WoD/Legion Gul’dan) has voiced in literally everything ever and you cannot convince me otherwise. He voiced the Joker in the Batman: Assault on Arkham animated movie and Batman: Arkham Origins and I was genuinely convinced that he was Mark Hamill for the longest time and that’s probably one of the roles I remember the most.
Lauren Tom voiced Dana (Terry’s girlfriend) in Batman Beyond among a ton of other things. Oh, and she was in Friends. I saw her on the IMDB link but I’m not sure who she voices off the top of my head.
Matt Mercer is Jotaro in Jojo’s, Chrom in FE: Awakening and now in Smash Bros. and Ryoma in the FE: Fates games, and a bunch of other stuff. I believe he voiced the Arcane Mage staff in this game?

Misty Lee voices Liadrin but I’m not all that familiar with her voice acting. I believe she’s a magician and I think she’s also married to Paul Dini, who was one of the lead writers for the DC Animated Universe starting all the way back at the beginning of Batman: The Animated Series.
Wendee Lee voices Alexstrasza in this game and apparently she’s been the voice director for Fire Emblem Heroes (the mobile FE game) from the very beginning and has voiced a bunch of characters in that game although they’re not from main FE games that have come out since Awakening.
You forgot Guilmon.
Steve Blum also voiced Vincent Valentine, from the Final Fantasy 7 series. One of my favorite characters.
Liam O Brien did Red 13s one line in the english dub of Advent Children if we’re also talking final fantasy

There are some voices that seem familiar, but this is the voice that immediately links up with the guy from Stargate (Master Bra’tac), for me.
Oh I TOTALLY forgot Matt Mercer apparently voiced one of the Wrath bosses in Halls of Reflection. One of those 3 dudes you fight early on ( The one where we all crammed into a corner to fight them )

Mary Elizabeth McGlynn voices a few roles in WoW, like Tyrant Velhari, (“The Eredar are no strangers to war.”) Delas Moonfang and Aegwynn.
She has had a notable voice acting career. Notable examples are Motoko Kusanagi from the Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex TV Series. Helba from the .Hack// franchise, was the voice of Julia in Cowboy Bebop.
I can’t help but think “mmm yes sing me something” When I hear her voice. She was in Critical Role too
She’s in Silent Hill music A LOT so that’s what my “yes sing for me” thing was for lol.
Hell I think I picked her as a voice option for Rosenivy in my head XD
And for some reason, he always sounds more like Star Augur Etraeus to me (than Nathanos).
That’s because Etraeus was an amazing boss. And Nathanos is barely a character despite having 100x more voice lines.
