Lag is unplayable in Vale. All players on emerald dream report this issue. Seems like a server restart or something might be necessary. It says I have 70 ms or so but is playing more like 10,000 ms. Again, across the board for all players in that zone seem to report same thing.
Hey, Elagabalus! We have seen issues with our Latin America servers primarily reporting these issues. In this situation, the symptoms sound very similar. Could you include a WinMTR test to check and compare? Run the test for 10-15 minutes while in Vale. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

more like the whole of Maelstrom,Lightninghoof,VentureCo,Emerald Dream…Twisting Neither and that sixth realm fuse to ED and TN…regarding the W!nMTR t3st I leave that to nother person…too much catch up to do and still like 3.8M away from that brutosaur mount(yay for being a returning player :S)

The lag is no longer present in Vale as reported above. When i logged in to do the test this morning, things appear to be running properly. If i see this issue in the future, I will preform the test as noted above. If you wish that I conduct the test anyways. Please just say so. thanks.
The lag is VERY present in Vale right now on Earthen Ring.

IF it is present on your realm, it would probably be beneficial for the technical support folks if you did the test the blue posted above. Help out your fellow players =D.
Lag on emerald dream is to the point i disconnected and couldnt reconnect. Keep getting an error a character with that name alreayd exists. this is all in the vale of eternal blossoms.

Kirin Tor/STC/Sentinels cluster with ED and some others is still having this horrible dang lag. 4-10 sec delay. If you enter visions its happening solely in the main Vale zone.
30-40 second delay between npc interactions. spent the last 30 minutes just trying to get quests. completely unplayable.

I checked Vale of Eternal Blossoms while logged into Kirin Tor and I was also experiencing the lag / delays while having good latency. I went ahead and sent a report up to our WoW server team so they can collect that data.

Managed to get out of the zone (dc after). turned off war mode, and ported back from Org. Lag is gone. Seems to be specific to War mode.
Yea, thanks to the lag issue in the vale, trying to enter the vision for Descent into Madness, took 30 secs to get the game to respond to me clicking the shrine, then disconnected me, now I can’t reenter for the day and can’t continue with the quest chain, what a great system to force you to do a smaller vision to continue on with the quest chain.
If having war-mode on is the only side with the problem something needs to be investigated. This happened in 8.2 for WEEKS in Dazar’alor.
Argent Dawn server here also having lags in Vale and it has been a week now. Here is your report stuff.

I third this. With war mode off the issue seems to resolve.

Vale is unplayably laggy on Emerald Dream with WM on. It doesnt happen with it off.
Really want my 25% bonus but you literally cant play with how bad this is. Its been this way since friday night in Vale =/
