They did do their job. Because their rules are plain: they don’t do refunds for Trading Post items and the EULA states that things can change. The SFAs aren’t there to change policy.

In my 25+ years of customer service experience I can say that the state of customer service at BlizZard is at an all time low.
Shocks me even more how so many people defend it and get upset when customers demand better.
Guess you dangle green text in front of their face and they’ll swallow anything you throw at them.
I think the biggest problem you have is people running around the forums pretending to be working for BlizZard.
That is the biggest violation on all the forums that you could break.
