This is why I never ever buy the game until shortly before launch. I would be really p od if I got blizzard balance after paying my hard earned cash twice.

I haven’t read this whole thread… but I had let my subscription run out a few weeks ago because BFA had become basically a waste of time. So blizzard added the 30 days of free playing time to my account as soon as I purchased the epic version of SL the other day. So now blizzard just screwed me out of 30 days of playing time because I’m not playing again until SL is launched… >(
Or, you screwed you because you bought something you didn’t need yet? I mean, if you’re not playing until launch day, you could have waited to “pre”-purchase until a couple of hours before the expansion went live.

I pre-purchased Shadowlands but my current computer will not be able to play it. Will turning off auto-updates allow me to continue playing the BoA version until I get a new computer?
I pre-purchased the Collector’s Edition. The 30 days does not apply until I activate such card with the CE. In my case, I am fine. I am sorry for the fellow who purchased the digital time and the 30 days will expire. Hope they could find a solution to your problem.

What if I don’t want to play in Shadow lands if you want to take away all the hours I spent leveling my characters and you are going to make them level ones ? How about if I don’t buy shadow lands and you just leave my characters alone or transfer anyone over 80 to classic and make them level 60’s or refund me my sub time I paid and spent leveling all those characters.
I am sorry but this feels really wrong like you don’t care at all for the loyal subs that have been supporting you for over 10 years but oh that is right the people that really made this game great are gone and the new people running it are more interested in making money than keeping players happy just as long as you can get new players right ? I am very sad and don’t know what to say but thanks for giving us classic back. That is really the best move you made in a while.

EDIT: Got my answer. Gear Store was subtly updated to say the CE will ship no later than December 31st.

irritating that all the retailers sold out to scalpers already selling the epic box for $180-$300 online.
please sell me a collector’s edition to go with my set for a reasonable price. i feel no obligation to give any money to others for the effort they used to simply make a profit off of your merchendise.
