Pretty underwhelming.
I got my geist pet and that’s all that interests me on the vendor.
I would prefer loot pinata mobs we could’ve farmed for the transmog sets. Too tedious to farm them on multiple alts
There are no zombies.
This failure is wholly the fault of catering to the complaining, screaming masses.

You have managed to take a fun event that gave me some of the best memories twice( with Nax and wrath prelaunch) and suck all the fun out of it . I have seen no scourge invasion. there is really nothing to do aside from kill a couple of bosses per week. and yes i consider the opening quests nothing special. the only thing that has been fun is punching Nathanos in the face . Then getting a weapon for the wrong spec … great fun.

Bind your “interact with target” key, /tar the NPC, and press the key.

Here is some positives since I feel like I am leaving more negative feedback right now.
Things I liked about this patch:
- I like the new map pins a lot.
I’m not entirely sure if they need the new pin that leads you to the next quest, but I am sure that can be pretty helpful. - I like the length of unlocking the dailies.
I didn’t want to unlock my cloaks for all my characters as it took too much time. I think it would overall easier if they didn’t make us do quests to unlock dailies but this particular length was acceptable to me. So thank you for being considerate of alts. - I like the farming for rares with lots of people.
I enjoyed this when Warfronts were open too.
Blizz, what happened with the scourge invading the cities? I still havent found any infected grain, and only found one or two ghouls.
You need to do two things:
a) make it so more than 1 boss is up at a time (I don’t care if it’s 2, 3, or all of 'em - more than 1)
b) reduce the spawn timer to 5 minutes
Do both of these and the Icecrown farm will be so much more tolerable. I might even say borderline enjoyable.

Unless I am mistaken between all the catch up gear there isnt a single off hand item that isnt a shield, which seems like a pretty big oversite.

That would require the ability to become a zombie to begin with. This zombie apocalypse is rather lacking in the zombie department.
Some odd things maybe happening with spawn, not sure if they hotfixed something.
The 20 minute rotation still seems to be happening as normal, but twice I’ve seen another boss up outside of the rotation, both times it was the previous boss in the rotation I guess spawning a second time?
Both times I happened to log into a different character that was in Icecrown and noticed a boss was up that I had just killed on a different character and was able to kill it again and then go to the next one which spawned in one case, a minute later.
I am mildly disappointed the scourge invasion is not a thing, or not yet a thing. The announcement Blizz has linked to here make it sound like the “crates” delivered are in game NOW, and nowhere does it say the FULL invasion is happening next week which ive seen several youtubers implying, albeit with a maybe.
Also The quoted statement makes it sound like there will be unique rewards for participating in the Scourge event “across Azeroth” specifically, not the stuff happening in Ice Crown. The scourge event that, at best, its not YET taking place.
The announcement to me reads like those synopsis you see on the back of a movie or book that were not written by someone who actually saw or read it but were just guessing by the cover art.

well I’m really up set I looked everywhere cause i wanted to try and see what the new world look liked but I couldn’t find the way to get there if anyone can help would be nice but its to late now but can someone still show me how to get there or what i need to do ???
There are no zombie crates in stormwind. There are individual ghouls that do not infect players and pose 0 threat whatsoever. All released information says the invasion begins day 1 of the event. How do you avoid clarifying the entire underlying feature of the event?

All you said was possible on the PTR pre-nerf, but it made the game literally unplayable. Boralus, Stormshield, both dalarans, sw, ect. Player zombies forced everyone to leave cities to play the game…aka do nothing. Hence the reason for why there’s little going on. There was backlash and no one would be able to play the game or do anything in it. Portal rooms in SW and org were death sentences.

Even if they nerfed the event, it’s been promoted as if its heading ahead as described in the PTR all the way up to the event start. How do they nerf the event and not change any description of the event.

Uh well you see. Umm what if the nerfed scope of the event for the new age player could be comparable to what it would have been? Hahaha lol I can’t believe I typed that.
Answer: tricking players and slow editing. Plus how good of a public announcement would it be if they said, “hey we have an event that is supposed to be like what it was for naxx launch and wrath pre-patch. But we had to nerf if because a small amount of people that have our undivided attention managed to convince us that we should change a likely less than 4 week event (but now 2 week long) cause it happened to inconvenience them.” Yeah that would go over real well.
Better to ignore and continue as business as usual.
