I don’t know if you noticed but numbers have a large part to do with the gameplay.

It literally doesnt. Again its you saying you need an overtuned class to feel good and have enjoyment.
Now if your argument were that your class is so undertuned that you cant have a spot in raid or get into groups that would make sense numbers on the enjoyment of that class.
Thats not the case with mage like ever.

i dunno man… a random june log from your guild shows you getting none of the PI’s but plenty of top 3 placements. i think to any middle of the road observer your comments about numbers not mattering would be much more meaningful if it came from an actual middle-of-the-road performing spec.

the % are in the logs too. you are saying, or implying at least, that “you” have legitimacy to speak on this issue because “the spec you play” needs, how’d you put it… oh yeah, “5 PI’s in a fight to parse,” and presumably without those externals from your teammates, you couldn’t get into the top… but you do. you have lots of gold rated parses.

and you were able to achieve that without externals.

or are you saying the gold ratings somehow arent related to all the other unholy dk’s or the dps specs as a whole? if anything, it kind of comes across as your brain is the one not working

Ah. This is exactly what the Paladin forums were doing after the rework. Absolutely bonkers AoE/ST and PvP dominance and we got nerfed in line. The brief time before the nerf there were still some clamoring about how awful we still were.

I mean, I 100% agree. These changes are completely valid and are not gonna hurt the class much, but I also remember you dooming pretty hard when Ret got like…a 3% nerf.

Wait mages get insta-nerfed while Augvokers just get to continue on their merry way?

How is this supposed to make sense? Put Augvoker with any other good DPS specs and it’s still broken beyond belief. I had a group with an Augvoker + Enh sham / Sub Rogue and we were still deleting packs at a comical pace.

Good nerfs. When’s the augmentation nerfs?

It’s extremely powerful and already becoming mandatory. It adds insane damage, insane utility, insane defensives, insane crowd control, and insane healing that you nerfed from other hybrid specs because dps shouldn’t be doing too much HPS.

They’ll have to completely redesign the spec or how this game is played. People have already said we might have to go from 5 mans to 6 for M+.

• Sun King’s Blessing now causes your next Pyroblast or Flamestrike to deal 260% increased damage (was 275%).

Could you guys buff Unleashed Inferno while you’re at it? Even after this nerf, SKB is still going to be so far ahead of UI that it’s basically an auto-pick in every situation.
