Well, look at the lurve for feral. I may need to dust off the spec and see how it plays.
No we aren’t. Nobody is talking about how easy specs are.
Sit this one out
Thank you Blizzard, it sure was needed, especially on bm hunter. I’m going to enjoy playing my BM hunter and my Ele shaman tonight
Pardon me, I’m sorry you have to press more than three buttons in M+, must be hard having to try for once. go back to your easy mode WoW, since druids require it.
Unironically, druids and especially ranged DPS have had it easy mode for years. You don’t have to dodge most mechanics and just get to sit back and DPS in every game mode.
Stop being a clown and understand you have it easy, in every mode. Druids especially since TBC, complain if every spec hasn’t had a top 3 spot they seem to get really mad. Feral were fine just being a PVP spec. They didn’t need a buff, it’s great that other classes will see the bench after everyone notices ferals get a 10% buff on their 3-4 sec opener with convoke that still melts through 30% vers with 75k+ HP. You’re an ignorant player, and should probably play other classes before making such idiotic statements.
Did you really just switch characters and pretend to be someone else, Netherfury.
Why didn’t you green shield the chastise then fear, cast, fear, cast, Shadowfury cast cast. There is a difference between being overpowered and being out played.
Considering guilds brought 2-4 moonkins to almost every fight except lords of dread I don’t think moonkins are in the running for buffs.
But that’s what the forums are for, we already had frost DKs asking for buffs in this thread.
If we wait long enough I’m sure some demo locks and fury warriors will want buffed too.
No buffs to Ret paladin eh?
Buffs > Nerfs.
If one class/spec is strong, buff other classes specs to be at the same level!
3% BM hunter buff is 300dps
Obviously something has to be at the bottom, and I don’t think you can pick which it should be (although ideally it wouldn’t continuously be the same one).
However that isn’t really the same as what I’m getting at, what I was saying is ideally since there 12 classes you would hope to see representation from each of those classes within the top 12-13 overall specialisations.
Also ideally if a class falls towards to bottom of that pile you hope that it would be closer to the top in a different metric say for example cleave, or AoE. Instead of a class being at the top regardless of situation, or being at the bottom regardless of the situation.
At the end of the day each class should be able to have a situation where it is wanted, or at the least shouldn’t feel like it is unwanted.
Even going back years classes like Shadow Priest at least had the niche of multi-target dps and even classes like Balance have a nice with Moonkin aura in TBC.
They know the numbers though. Very few players are using hunters so it is just not a priority to fix right now.
Considering guilds brought 2-4 moonkins to almost every fight except lords of dread I don’t think moonkins are in the running for buffs.
Yeah I never suggested we should get buffed. None of those fights matter except the hard ones like Anduin, Halondrous, and Jailer.
we already had frost DKs asking for buffs in this thread.
Frost is no where near a top tier spec, so who cares. Ask away for buffs lmao. They’ve been mediocre all expansion.
Hunters have been quite highly represented in the world first race and have been doing exceptionally well, it’s only BM that is suffering.
The class is fine, one of its specs is not.
I’d wager it not being a priority would be more to do with the complexity of BM logs and changes.
BM occasionally suffers from encounters simply not being friendly to pet AI which affects how the numbers look, as well how different buffs affect either hunter or pet damage and the relation between them.
Why didn’t you green shield the chastise then fear, cast, fear, cast, Shadowfury cast cast. There is a difference between being overpowered and being out played.
Chastise is an instant cast spell with a 30 yd range so the only way you can actually block it with Fleshcraft is if the priest is clearly signaling the fact that they’re about to use it—and if you don’t time it just right then the CC immunity just gets wasted and you have no more for two minutes (unless you’re a holy priest in which case you get CC immunity every 30 or 45 seconds depending on which ability we’re talking about).
If you’re a healer and you need to reposition to be able to heal your teammates, if doing so requires you to get within a 30-yard radius of the holy priest while Chastise is off cooldown (like, if you’re behind a statue in Tol’Viron Arena and the priest is on the other side) then you’re basically trapped, because no other healer can incap or stun with an instant cast spell from 30 yards (and even if they could it would just get blocked by Holy Ward). Paralysis is 20 yards, HoJ is 10 yards, Mighty Bash is 5 yards (although if you’re willing to sacrifice a ton of throughput and survivability you can use a specific talent and legendary to get it all the way up to 14 yards, slightly less than half of Chastise).
Like a band-aid on a broken bone. 3% won’t make up for all that. Someone over there is smoking crack.
I don’t care which cis white male dev who played BDK gave you the creeps in 2017, fix the class doing abysmal tank dmg in a world where dps threat is getting out of control with double leggo and tier sets. We pay a sub fee for this incompetence- grow up and do your jobs!
From my perspective it looks like the lower you are on the graph the less you got for an overall buff.
3% must be a typo they must have meant 13%.
Druid
- Feral
- All damage increased by 3%.
- Primal Wrath damage increased by 10%.
- Brutal Slash damage increased by 20%.
- Swipe damage increased by 15%.
- Thrash damage increased by 20%.
Are you doing this just to allow us feral players to have fun with it until you make them weaker in 10.0 and make them boring to follow the streak?
