Unwarranted Account Trade/Mail/AH Restrictions (SOD) - GM Confirmed

Day 2 of SOD season 3 my account (and all 3 tied game-play accounts) was put under restriction for an unknown reason.

I had just got back from a trip where I didn’t play hardly at all and I had spent that entire day running incursions (and ONLY after the first gold nerf to them). Also was starting to work towards getting some BIS/pre-bis gear and runes - I didn’t even really interact with anyone except forming incursion run groups. I had put up a couple auctions of loot found while leveling and had bought a bunch of scrolls to try and get Worldcore Fragments for my new runes. - I could not and can not recall any reason for adverse account actions.

I put in a ticket to understand the situation - to understand what I did wrong, if anything, to avoid doing it in the future - and initially got a heavily repeated canned GM response that was no help (literally got this same response 6 times from different GMs on the ticket), but eventually a GM actually looked into the situation.

For that I’d like to thank GM Tirayalnys. This person is amazing and should get a raise or an award or something. They looked into what happened with my account and verified that it was restricted due to an account activity based criteria (30 logged in days since 2017) that had been incorrectly applied. Considering how much I’ve played retail season 3 (21+ days at level 70 alone between 3 toons) and SOD season 2 (24+ days between just 2 toons), the filtering criteria/application criteria for this restriction seems to be improperly flagging some accounts…

Beyond just recent activity I’ve got >200 days of activity on this account starting all the way back in 2006.

To be clear:
I was able to do these actions (send mail, buy auctions, post auctions) earlier in the day - I could guess the few hour window where the restriction was applied. The next day (after putting in the ticket) I was again able to perform these actions. The restriction seemed to be in place for around 10-20 hours.
