And Sulthis, Vorrik says that the three keepers ruled as one.
Yes, itās said that they were the strongest of the Sethrak, and Sulthis was a sage and the one with the strongest connection to Sethraliss.
Not to say that the others had a weak connection, Sethraliss gave Vorrik his staff.
It makes sense that the three strongest sethrak around that had a very close connection to Sethraliss, and helped seal the monster that killed her would co-rule in her absence.
I think Emeni is from before the time of Sethraliss death. As we know after her fall the keepers ruled together until Korthek formed the faithless. And I donāt think itās his heir as that would have to be somewhat recent and I donāt think such internal conflict as a throne grab where siblings slaughter siblings would happen when Korthek āthe eternal emperorā himself were alive. And sheās been dead for sure longer then BFA so it could not have happened after he died, as she would have ended up in the maw if she died during BFA.
A race with a different look for the alliance would be good.
But as nothing seems to make something like sethrak a possibility in the ally, it is more viable for possible progress, to suggest sethraks as a playable race in the horde.
In the alliance it would be good for the prestige and new flavor that it could bring to the faction, but in the horde it is also acceptable.
It would be sad to see such an interesting breed abandoned in BfA.
Arakkoas and saberons had that fate.
I wish that sethraks do not have their potential abandoned.
And this is why Iām speculating if she is an ancestor of one of the Keepers. If not all of them. Iām not sure if theyāre biological siblings or not. And while they ruled the Sethrak together, I canāt find anything stating if any of them are of actual noble blood.
Sulthis is another Iām curious to see if heāll be somewhere. He should have died well before The Maw started taking all the souls.
Iām honestly very curious what the timeline looks like for Korthekās rise to power.
The port of Zemālan was said to have been attacked āin ages past,ā and vulpera have been enslaved for āgenerations,ā so I suppose the Faithless have been around for quite a while now, which likely means that Sulthis died long before the machine of death broke sometime in Legion.
I wonder where Sulthis wound up in the Shadowlandsāand where Sethraliss herself wentā¦
I am also fairly certain Sethraliss went to Ardenweald because she is a Loa/Wild God.
What I wanna know is why was she chosen over say another to be reborn with the whole anima shortage going on. This could be a cause of why Vorrik was wondering why she hadnāt been reborn yet, (or the trolls Hexing her in the dungeon) and why she was so weak when she came back.
Sulthis had to have died well before the āengineā broke, seeing that Mythrax was sent to Volādun during the Aqir and Troll War and that was 16,000 years before The Dark Portal opened.
And that event (Mythrax) is what lead to Sulthis and Sethralissā death.
Vorrik (and formerly Korthek and Serrik) are seriously old men. And imply Sethrak are very long lived.
I thought I would point out that Sethrak npcs do have female combat sounds. Not sure when this was added (likely during BfA and I just never noticed). But it is there.
Edit: A grand total of 3 Sethrak have female voice overs for combat. 2 from BfA and 1, a named NPC in Shadowlands.
Iām wondering if the female voice over for combat was added later and applied to just a couple NPC files.
Could someone enlighten me as to what the purpose of the ādressing roomā animation is for? Other than you knowā¦ viewing armor, weapons, etc in the dressing room. xD
The reason I ask is, I was playing with the Sethrak models on WoWhead and noticed on the PTR and Beta versions of WoWhead, there is a āDressing Roomā animation. But it does not exist on the BfA version of the site.
Edit: Iāve come to the conclusion that while it is not TERRIBLY important, we might see Sethrak get compatibility to view in the dressing room like some other popular NPC races. Which could eventually tie into playable models.
All in all, I would totally love to take a look at what armor and weapons look like on Sethrak. Ya knowā¦ for science. (Preplanning my transmog)
