Horde get Sethrak Alliance gets …

While we’d like the Sethrak to go Alliance preferably for a few different reasons (Which i’m happy to go into if you’d like to know them.) I suppose if they did go Horde, I’d personally want to pair them with the Mok’Nathal.

Rexxar is already a new model using the KT skeleton and rig. Wouldn’t be super hard for blizzard to rig up a female and some more face and hair options for them.

Alliance gets Sethrak. In a surprise twist they’re the next neutral AR.

But if Horde gets them, that’s fine. Alliance could have Mogu or something.

Hershey is gone…

RIP my little sassy Hognose… At least he is no longer suffering… And in spirit he will continue to be our advocate and mascot for Sethrak…

Sorry to hear mate and as you said least he isn’t suffering anymore and i glad you didnt have to do it yourself as a mercy for them, now if only we can get a Sethrak playable race with a NPC named after him.

I’m sorry. I never met Hershey but I will miss them. We’ll just have to shout louder until Blizzard hears us and make the Sethrak playable.

I’m so very sorry to hear that; it was clear how much you loved Hershey. I’m sure he had a very happy snek life in your care. <3

Here’s hoping that someday you can play him as a sethrak, and for now, he remains our excellent mascot.

Thank you all for your support and condolences. I truly appreciate it. Today has been pretty rough but I am glad Hershey is no longer in pain.

Keep up the support for Sethrak. I may or may not be as active as I deal with this grief.

Sethrak or Saberon are the only 2 things that can save the Alliance at this point.

Both are great. I’ve always seen the Saberon as the Hordes option for the worgen model though.

Sethrak could be very helpful for the Alliance if Blizzard is willing to go the mile or so in effort to get them to make sense to it.

If they give them a few good racials for pve and pvp we could see a massive min/max group going for them as well as those of us into the Sethrak.

I hope that they have a poison spit that does some nature damage and a short 3 second stun. Would make them very popular in pvp and be helpful in pve.

I know I don’t have much to offer other than words, but as I said before, I hope you are able to gain the strength to get through this rough time. I’ve been devastated when pets I’ve owned got to the point of having to make a hard decision because of their age and ailments, one of which even had cancer.

Please take all the time you need. This megathread will still be here when you’re ready to come back and all the ideas and support within will continue to stand and speak loudly.

If sethraks are in the horde only available, a race option based on the worgen’s rig would be saberons, who also came to Azeroth along with the orc Maghar.

But I prefer sethraks.

I redid the quests in Vol’dun and several sethraks spit poison at me!

This is something I noticed as well. Just now doing the Horde storyline and saw the Sethrak have a spit venom AND electrified scales ability. Not sure if they had these originally. But I do know these were racials we have discussed and I did drop a suggestion in game about possible racials for them awhile back.

Electrified Scales
100 yd range

2 sec cast 8 sec cooldown

The caster infuses their scales with static electricity. Any enemy that lands an attack on the caster suffers Nature damage.

Looks suspiciously like a racial ability even like that. Except it’s missing a duration.

Yes these have been used by sethrak npcs for the whole of BFA.
I honestly thought you all based some those racial abilities on the fact that several sethrak use similar abilities in game.

Nope, lol. I is a dumb and just didn’t notice and simply based racial ideas on real snakes and what I had noticed about Sethrak and that had to do with the Skycallers.
