Just in case you’re actually relatively new, you’re not supposed to name names, talk about actions taken to accounts, stuff like that because this is Blizzards game, their property, their forums and so their rules.
We agree to those rules in the ToS when we sign up to rent the game.
We don’t have any rights to the game, just the time we paid for and within the parameters in which we agreed, per the ToS.
So again, what are you doing?
Do you want to be suspended? 'Cause this is how you go about it.
Please note I don’t care either way. I don’t have a dog in this fight and don’t bother flagging/reporting others but there are others who love to do that. Just saying.

I recommend you read the ToS and specifically read their policies on names. Forum rules as well, as account actions aren’t really appropriate to discuss in GD.
Now, I one time saw a toon named Bagel in the guild called Cream Cheese. Now that’s funny!

Yes, real names, esp divisive political ones, are not allowed. When reported it will get a name change. Anything that can be disruptive, offensive, or just inappropriate will get changed when reported.
If the person has previous name infractions then it won’t just be a name change, it will be a suspension too. The more infractions, the longer the suspension.

There are many many threads on the CS forum where people select inappropriate names then get upset when they are changed.
This thread is going to get removed too - because we are not allowed to post about account actions or call out persons by name.

That’s typically what happens when someones name is reported, not an outright ban. They just force a name change.
