Unable to Tab Target Explosives, Bug or Intended?

FWIW, I few threads about this in bug reports. Seems like being a bug isn’t enough these days.

Tab Targetting bug / nerf in M+

I noticed this week with the explosive affix that tab targeting either never targets the explosive orb or doesn’t put any priority to it like it used to. Previous to this week I had no issues getting the orbs. Suddenly now when trying to target them its like I have to cycle through all targets multiple times to target an orb. As a melee DPS this is very inefficient and has caused orbs to go off for no reason as people are having issues targeting them in large group pulls.

Cannot attack explosive orbs in Smoke Cloud on Trixie & Naeno fight

Can no longer tab to explosive orbs

So when running M+ as melee we can no longer tab into an explosive orb if there is more than 1 mob up. This is definitely different than the last time explosive was up. Please fix. This is TERRIBLY annoying.
