since “live maintenance” yesterday i have been unable to see guild chat, when o open my guild menu option i can now see communities again, but not the guild - yet i can see my guild members come online, get achievements, access the guild bank etc
please help
lets start with a full ui reset.

i have performed the steps in the article and the problem persists, i see the three other communities im in, but cannot see my guild and am instead presented with the guild finder, although i can still see my guiildies sign on to the game, i can access the guild bank a who of me shows me in the guild
this is with a complete UI reset - this started yesterday with live maintenance when all of my communities disappeared too- those seem to be back but not guild
Ok, did a little asking around on this - and we have had one other example of this that the reset didn’t help.
Could I ask you to submit a ticket so we can add your information to that?

i ended up gquiting and got reinvited - it solved the issue, so definitely something server side

The same problem since yesterday. I’m in a guild but can’t see guild chat or even see the guild - yet some people in the guild see me. It’s so bizarre because I can see the guild finder like if I weren’t in a guild.
I still get the bonus from being a guild ie the hearthstone being 15 minutes. I think it’s 30 if you’re unguilded, right?
Schmuckateli- quit and was reinvited to his guild and that seems to have resolved things.
Have you tried that?

This is happening to one of our guildies as well. He is unable to quit, because it thinks he’s not in the guild. Gonna kick him and reinvite whenever we get around to it.

I know there have been a handful of other folks who had the issue of it not showing that they were in a guild, and this is the ticket path they were using.
PREEMPTIVELY - they will likely get a templated response at first. This is normal. A lot of the time, folks’ issues can be addressed without ever needing a ticket if they know to look in other places. For folks with this issue though, just hit the button to the tune of “I still need help.” This will kick it back into the queue for a GM to look into directly.
And also just to stave off the argument - the estimated turnaround time isn’t for any one person’s ticket. It’s an estimation based on the oldest ticket in the system as a whole.

I have way too many characters in the same guild to even bother trying the “solution” for now. I’ll keep it in mind however. The issue as I see it is that this doesn’t fix the core problem, it’s basically a temporary fix and could well happen again.

Which is why then you should submit a ticket and list out the characters that you’ve got affected by this issue.

That’s probably too many characters to list in a single ticket. We’re talking about 50+ characters hence I am a bit on the fence of doing something right now as I am farming Gilded Wader while I have a chance of doing that. I’ll get through all of this once the bastion thing is over however for sure.
Okay, I see I need to quit the guild like someone said and then join because right now it says I’m already a member of the guild, funny.
I was about to say - you’ve got an entire description box to type out the characters. Or just note that it’s all of them, or however it can best be notated for the GMs to look into. But as for the pet farming, that shouldn’t be affected by this being fixed for you.

Thank you, I’ll get this sorted later but time does affect us all and there are only so many hours in a day to farm the gilded wader lol.
I had no problems this morning but when I just logged on now I have no guild interface. Same as the others are stating. However, I am the guildmaster and I have a ton of alts in the guild. I’m not happy about having to /gquit and get reinvited on my guildmaster…
I guess I’ll submit a ticket and wait.

Our guildy seems to have randomly fixed, as he was working just fine today. I kicked him for good measure anyways. Cuz, amusement.

I’m in a guild but can’t see guild chat or even see the guild - People in the guild can see me. I see the guild finder like if I wasn’t in a guild. I’ve tried the was to reset it. I so don’t want to have to Gquit all my toons to fix this issue. This Issue only started after Blizz did the update.
Just as another data point, I have different behaviors across my alts. Some of them do not show being in a guild, some are still in their guild but have lost some (but not all) of their communities, some have lost everything in Guilds & Communities, and some are unaffected.
