Chiming in here to say that I have this happening to me on at least one character. I opened a support ticket because I’m an officer, and getting kicked/re-added isn’t a sufficient solution.

I’m having the same issue. All my toons on Mal’Ganis can’t see guild interface but all my toons on Kargath can see the guild interface.
gchat came back for me after it being down for 5 hours…final thing i tried was shutting down bnet completely for 10 minutes
This is still a persistent issue. All of my characters within a guild I manage are unable to see the guild tab, and all appear to be guildless. All the toons still receive the welcome message, and can access the bank.
I was even able to transfer ownership via /gleader.
I have removed all addons, Renamed the wtf,interface and cache folders to populate new ones, tried everything I can on my end outside of Leaving the guild and rejoining. The reason I cant do this is I cant find my guild in the guild finder tab to reapply. Im the only active person left in the guild and only have one account so I can’t reinvite myself back, I dont want to trash it as the Gbank is loaded with stuff.
Hi Customer Support person Orlyia, is this going to be fixed soon? The issue is affecting most of my 50+ characters.
I’m also not going to leave the guild unless Blizzard is going to restore my guild reputation so I can still access the mobile guild bank.
Blizzard doesn’t give rep, more so when it’s a guild rap, sorry to say.
Generally, when you leave a guild and then rejoin, you keep your rep. The only thing that might be reset is that you would need to be a member again for 7 full days with an authenticator.

This was affecting a guildmate yesterday but I wasn’t having trouble so I thought I was safe. I logged in today and now I can’t see guild chat. Tried various UI troubleshooting without any luck. 
Just wanted to add that this is happening to me as well, and I am the GM of the guild so quitting and getting re-invited is not an option. Did the UI reset-nothing.
Have you tried what Elocin posted?

I was able to reapply to my guild through the guild finder w/o leaving it and just being invited fixed it for me.

I’m still having this issue, I opened a ticket and was met with what seems to be an automated response. I was told to come back here if I’m still having issues after having logged out, closed battle.net, removed addons, renamed the “Interface,WTF and Cache folders” to have new ones repopulated and running the cvar command.
The guild is Eternal Force, This character is the GM currently and I *Would leave and rejoin if I could. Problem here is i’m the only active member of this guild so I can not invite myself, And I can’t find the guild in the guild finder to join that way.
This issue is affecting all of my characters that are in the guild.
I Created another guild on another toon to see if it would have issues but the guild tabs and functions appear and work just fine.
This is why I made sure to add that warning directly under the appropriate ticket path link. You should have been able to reopen the TEMPLATED response and it would have gone up to a GM for them to address.

I saw that and did continue the ticket, But also followed the responses instructions too just in-case while waiting.

Good. Apologies if that came off abruptly, too often people don’t actually read things through. Hopefully they’ll be getting back to you quickly or better yet - some kind of fix is figured out and pushed through for everyone.
