I am having this exact same issue as other guild members in the guild. We all thought we got kicked lol.

Iā€™m having the same issue. Iā€™m the GM of my guild and the entire guild interface is missing. Its showing the ā€œjoin a guild interface insteadā€ but when I search for my guild, it still shows me as GM. Itā€™s basically as if iā€™ve been kicked out of my own guildā€¦ WTF is going on???

Have you tried the ui reset? Know if any issues with add-ons acting up?

if you do a /groster you should be able to see the old school interface if you need to do guild master stuff.

Still doesnā€™t help for guild chat though.

Guild Master on Exodar-Medivh with the same issue. Hopefully it is resolved tomorrow.

Guild Master on Ghostlands, same issue with myself and guild members, has persisted for 3 days, will update after reset.

I was having this issue before todayā€™s reset. The issue still persists. I can chat with B-net friends. I joined a community yesterday and can see their chat. I G-quit on an alt and rejoined; this character can now see G-chat. The communities I did not recently join and G-chat on all other toons are unavailable to view.
I do see GMOTD, achievement announcements, guildies logging on in my chat windows, etc. I do not see I am in my guild and can re-apply to the guild I currently in. When i type in /g, nothing shows in my chat window and my guildies do not see my typing either. I have tried the previous mentions, including disabling all my addons and even a PC resetā€¦ HELP!

Your posting character isnā€™t showing a guild, so if this is happening to another character on your account, youā€™ll want to provide the info specific to that character.

Iā€™m the original poster. I had to log into my second account that I havenā€™t used in forever and use a token to be able to finally comment since for some reason the account with Samwinchestr canā€™t even post to the forums anymore.

It looks like we received a request from you the other day to remove your Parental Controls. They did that for you, but then it looks like you added them back on.

By default, the Parental Controls will disable your ability to post on the forums.

It does look like your follow-up ticket resulted in them removing the Parental Controls again though so you should be able to post with that account once more.

Adding an Edit:
The Support forums donā€™t require game time to post on. So if you do have an expired account you should still be able to post here or in Tech Support.

I had the parental control on when I posted on Sunday, I only had them taken off when someone suggested that maybe that was the problem.

In any case, nothing has changed. I am still unable to interact with my guild

so far I have found 3 characters on another server that I can interact with guild and communities.

But just that one server and some characters. I have checked 4 different servers so far.
