Anytime I try to queue for a specific dungeon ( normal or heroic) as a healer, it will say “role unavailable”. My ilevel is 94. I can queue for randoms however. Any way to fix this?
A corrupted UI can cause this try a UI reset

yes, I found that if I queued as DPS and Healer I would be chosen as healer. Still, I hope it gets fixed soon.
