More a question than an issue I believe but figured I would ask.
With the pre-patch event going on unable to follow Velen to class hall as no portal appears in center of Dalaran. I am hoping this is an instance problem and will return after the launch of new expansion.
Also quest giver for monk (Sokou) and rogue (Acxa) don’t seem to be appearing.
Try doing the pre patch quests that seems to be the worknaround.
Did the Harbinger quest line. Saw a quest to send me to Stormheim and battle Helya but no messenger appeared to give me monk class quest. Even battled and defeated a memory. Still no quest giver.
Would going into Chromie time help?
I’m afraid that isn’t something you could use at level 70.
It looks like you grabbed but abandoned the quest “Memories of Adventures Past”. I don’t know if that one will phase that area to prevent you from starting the Legion quest line, but you might try picking it up again and completing it if you can.
Was clearing quests from remix so is possible I cleared one I didn’t mean too. Would you know if there is a way to re pick up that quest?
It’s from Khadgar in the Chamber of the Guardian in the room with the portals, but it may not be available any more.
So, I checked your character a bit more and it seems Initiate Da-Nel is following you around Dalaran trying to get your attention. Have you seen him? I’d recommend turning on Low Level Quest Tracking. He has “Before the Storm” for you.
Same for your Rogue, you appear to have a Ravenholdt Courier following you who has the quest “Call of the Uncrowned”.
So I have done as you asked and checked box for low level. Still am not seeing Da-Nel. In case it would help completed the intro for new expansion and went to isle of dorn then used hearthstone to return to Dalaran. The quest giver still hasn’t appeared.
If Da-Nel was ever chasing me then it was during the pre-expansion and I was probably jumping into a rift. Is there a way for you to accept the quest for me so I can proceed or am I going to have to delete and remake the character?

In short same issue, no matter what I tried the class hall intro quest npcs aren’t showing up…
I’m making an assumption cause it worked on my Pally but not the rest that is cause Dal is perm phased for early access (and then for good post launch) for TWW Storyline?
He was trying to speak to the character as recently as 2 minutes before I posted my last reply, as I checked that character myself.
You should have the quest now if you want to give it a try. Same for your Rogue.
Thanks those two are fixed. Not sure why I couldn’t see the quest giver on my monk him but I was able to complete. If you don’t mind, I have a few others that need your assistance.
For both of my shamans (Naturi and Grijton) I get summoned to Thrall but when I get there he doesn’t give the quest A Ring Unbroken.
For my Warlocks (Marisel and Charrkoal) I think I accidentally deleted the letter during remix. If you could add the letter back would appreciate it.
Fyrakk (Demon Hunter) is not getting his starter quest either.
As for Malgrimoire (Dracthyr) I am not really sure he has a starter quest but if he does it isn’t appearing.
I seem to be having a similar issue. I started a new account on EU. On my new EU character Rúnika, when I go to Dalaran, I don’t get the quest to start Call of the Uncrowned. In fact, none of the quests that were available in Dragonflight are showing up at all. I’m assuming that’s because of what will happen to Dalaran once TWW officially comes out. At this moment I simply cannot access Rogues Order Hall and therefore can’t obtain the artifact weapon appearances.

Did that and that didn’t seem to solve the issue. I still can’t start the quest chain to access my order hall. (This is a character with the TWW Boost)
Same problem here. I can see the quest exclamation on my map but can’t see the NPC. I’m using a level 71 remix character. Tried all suggestions, have been at it for 2 days now and still nothing. Is there any way a GM can accept the quest for me as well, like for Ograyne?
No. At this point the information has been forwarded to be looked into and circumventing how it currently works may mess things up down the road, so we’re going to avoid that for now.
I have the exact same problem with my shaman, even if the prepatch event is over. My low level quest tracking is on. I get summonded to Thrall, but he doesn’t give me any quest. Actually, it is impossible to access the shaman class hall for me.
This character is unable to start the monk order hall as well. I completed the prereq quest according to wowhead and I should have a little guy following my now to get me started on the order hall but he is not showing up.
I did the quest off the quest board, talked to the orc out front and did the skip for the opening scenario, took and completed the quest “In the blink of an eye” which should unlock the order halls but has not
