Just thought I’d attempt the delve for the 4th time… Cant talk to Brann like others have mentioned and still bugged.
Same for me, completed twice…after picking up the quest from the poster at Crossroads.
I submitted a ticket as well. Did it twice yesterday, T3, T1, abandoned in between. I was hoping it would be fixed with maintenance today, but I guess not.
One thing I noticed was in the quest log (“All Objectives” on screen), only the title of the quest shows up and it does not have white text under it saying what the next step in the quest is. I think as long as it looks like that, it is bugged.
one trick i use, when it won’t let me complete a quest, is go to character screen, then go back, fixes it almost every time
Same issue, I abandoned the quest. About ready to abandon this buggy-a*s game…

You would think that after 5 hours of maintenance on a Thursday that maybe, just maybe…
I had the same issue today on this character - I completed the Delve on Tier 3, successful in all objectives and killed the boss, left the delve, but the quest never progressed so I couldn’t get the XP for completing it.
Same here. Did the delve twice, talked to Brann, got the achievement, the whole bit. Nothing for the quest.

UPDATE: After blizz hotfix … I was now able to complete this one
I completed this quest a couple weeks ago so maybe something in the latest patch screwed things up.
I can’t even do the delve. The progress bar for burning spider webs stays at 0%.

Having the same issue. I take the torch for the webbing. Burn all the webs on the floor and she never gets up to progress the quest. It is a Bountiful Delve.
