What in HOV is invisible? COS last boss I’ll agree.
There’s also ruby life pools thundering in first boss room.

Nobody has ever been punished to let tanks play lol. Those guys are in a fundamentally different world. I’m not holding on to life by 5% health when tank holds aggro, that only happens when the tank fails. But because healers cried and moaned about having downtime, I’m basically perma-sitting on the brink of death for half the boss fights in this game. CoS last boss is another one, I dodge all the barely-visible lines on the ground, but every time DBM gives the “aoe” announcement, I hit Feint and still lose 1/3 of my HP with every tick of damage.
Tanks stand in stuff, they die, then you die. Repeat until they learn. You are indeed punished when you wait for a tank to learn, and you’re complaining about waiting for healers to learn.
Diablo 3 is a perfectly viable game, you can play it.
Cause tank gameplay has to be enticing, now they heal themselves, and if they don’t, healers aren’t going to keep them up.
Those big guys after the first boss, in the middle of the hallway leading to the other bosses.
They have a lightning bolt mechanic on the floor.
It’s practically invisible.
Hyrja’s mechanic, the golden orbs, I remember them clearly from my Legion days and now they don’t look like that. I only see some rotating dots and nothing else.
I can only see them when they are close enough and I am standing at maximum range, which gives me time to react.
But the melee in my group are not that lucky.
I have everything at max and already tried disabling addons.
I only have problems in those 2 dungeons and with those specific mechanics.
Complaining about “waiting for healers to learn” would be me talking about how our healer got oneshot by the invisible smoke line thing 9 times in a row and depleted the +15 key to the point where it didn’t even give IO score anymore. What I’m complaining about is how each tick of the boss’s full screen AoE is a third of my HP through my personal, and I have to flip-flop between being full HP and being 5% hp. That’s not something anyone can “learn,” that’s the stat check for healers now.
The tank equivalent to this current healing farce would be if Blizz suddenly decided to tune the game so that tanks 100% must get 2 b-rez on every boss encounter, because bosses now have guaranteed oneshot mechanics, and DPS also have to play to briefly catch aggro during those oneshots.

Sounds like a graphics problem. Sanctify is clearly visible.
but if healing is trivial, healing won’t be fun.
(That and everyone has loads of survival tools.) Personals, potions, healthstones, etc.
I’ve used healing potions and healthstones as a healer, something I don’t recall consistently doing before. (Along with personals.)
People are timing high keys, so.
COS 22 tyrannical has been timed.
Y’all making me really want to get into M+ now. Timer be damned, I want to experience these bosses that murder faces.
It’s really fun.
Yeah, and now nobody has fun anymore, so thanks. Literally everyone is living by the skin of their teeth. Like you said, potions have now become vital, which is absolutely pathetic.
Also, it doesn’t matter that “people” are timing high keys. Historically, there have always been people who get CE on the most garbage bottom-of-the-barrel specs. Their achievements don’t change the fact that those weak specs needed change.
Except blizzard’s rebalancing is probably aiming for +20 to be CE equivalent. I’m fine with that. So what if people cap out at say +10 when max is say 25 instead of 20 when max is say 40?
You can always drop a key level.
At least, this isn’t going the way of Diablo where 150 is trivial now I think?
I’m having fun and so are my friends and guild.
Honest question, if rebalancing was done where the same difficult of a +15 is now a +70, would the game be better?
If I perform at the exact same level of consistency on avoidable mechanics between two expansions, and in one expansion I get to farm heroic level gear in individual dungeons, but in the next expansion I only get heroic level loot from weekly vaults, then literally EVERYTHING is wrong.
m+ was too rewarding, nothing is wrong.
Just means you were over compensated in Shadowlands for the minimal effort you put into +15s.
M+ is the only relatively non-cancer way of gearing in this dumpster fire of a game. Without it the game would be pretty much untouchable for a pretty big chunk of the playerbase. The idea of rolling a dice once every week to see if you get an item…forget who designed it, anyone who even enjoys that style of character progression should suffer personal tragedies.
I’m loving the fact that I can’t just cap out a +20 and call it a day.
(haven’t timed a 15 yet this week.) Hoping to time a 16 before the week is over.
I didn’t play Shadowlands lol. I geared through M+ in a few months and sold timed 15s for gold back in BFA.
