First of all thank you for releasing the Tyrael’s Charger mount allowing those who weren’t able to get it the first time an opportunity to get it now on that note I have a question about the two articles on Wowhead about the mount and sale.
The first article talking about the sale mentions the mount going away next month along with the sale while the second article about just the mount lists no such date so my question is do we have a limited time to get this mount or like the rest in the shop it is going to stay there forever.

It says that it’s going to go away on January 2, 2023. I’d go with that.

Indeed, that page has a lot of asterisks, so might be a bit hard to follow, but Tyrael’s Charger is marked with a single asterisk so indicates the offer is available until January 2nd of 2023.

Just saw your reply right now. The Wowhead article has the cutoff date for the TC mount, but the Blizzard Shop page does not, and not everyone will even know about the Wowhead article. I mentioned the cutoff in another thread I participated in so people knew, but fixing the store page would get the most number of views.

Thread made, though I’m not sure if it will be seen in time to make a difference. I hope it is so players that miss the article/blog are made aware that if they don’t get the mount within the next two weeks, it will be gone again. And given many players will be away from their computers due to traveling for the holidays, the window of opportunity is going to be very small for them and likely unexpected since there hasn’t been such a short lived shop item before.

I THINK it is going to end up in the Trading Post. That was the insinuation from that article. I could be wrong but yeah. I think a lot of fun stuff comes to the Trading Post in the next few years.

I hope so. They really need to bring the brutosaur back as well. Being able to work toward it would be something I’d likely enjoy (that is if I could play properly - this new UI is really a problem with the bags and mini-bar being entirely disabled unfriendly).
I wish they’d bring back a way to work toward at least unlocking the ability to tackle the mage tower for the Legion appearances. It’s harder now than it was then when you could actually outgear it. Trading Post could be a grand opportunity to get some player involvement by making unlocking the ability to work for those appearances something you could earn by participating in the game’s activities.

Could you look into getting the tooltip updated in-game?
Cause there’s no indication in-game that it’s going away like the other things that are.
Also, does Blizzard know most people on Social Security get paid on the 3rd? Cause you excluded all of them from being able to buy this - People on Social Security live paycheck to paycheck and are out of money by this time of month. And they won’t get paid until after the promo ends.
This happens with a lot of your promos - something to hopefully pass along to those who designs the promos you guys do - to please make them last until the 4th/5th to take into account low income people on Social Security who might wanna get themselves a Christmas Present) EDIT: To clarify, this is far from the first promo you guys have ran that ended on the 31st/1st/2nd. It’s very common and as someone on SSI, it honestly hurts when you do things like that. (I get paid on the first via SSI, but people on Social Security, like many of my friends, get it on the 3rd)

Beyond that, I’d recommend posting in the Shop Feedback Forum that I linked previously.
I should note, the message for the Celestial Steed is that it is leaving the shop indefinitely. There is no such indication for the Charger. I’m afraid CS wouldn’t have any additional information outside of what is listed in the news article.

That is not something they would know, nor would they factor that into sales dates.
Social Security is also not universally paid on the 3rd. Date depends on your birth date.

Mine isn’t associated with any particular day of the month. I get it on the third Wednesday of each month, regardless of the actual calendar date.

Yep. I am 4th Wed of the month. It often hits the bank the day before though which might be why Maizou said it was paid on the 3rd? Anyway, Wed the 4th is the first SSA payment for the year with the increased benefits.

Every single person I know on SS is on the 3rd. Not a specific day of the week either. Just the 3rd.
Talking probably 100 people in multiple states. Lol.
