Tyrael's Charger article question

I am on Social Security. I get mine the 4th week. Nok gets his the 3rd week.

Two people who don’t get it the third. The information I gave you is from the Social Security Administration website.

The payments on the 3rd are for a subset of people. Here is the full schedule for 2023 with all the payments.

If you received Social Security before
May 1997 or if receiving both Social
Security & SSI, Social Security is
paid on the 3rd and SSI on the 1st.

Regardless, that is not a factor in scheduling sales.

Seems you’re misinformed; the official announcement clearly states two other mounts are going away, not Tyrael’s Charger.

A symbol of justice throughout all known realms, Tyrael’s Charger* is available for purchase** in the Blizzard Shop!

* Offers available through January 2, 2023.
**Pets, mounts, and transmog set not available in World of Warcraft Classic titles.

From the official announcement : (https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/news/23897171/warm-up-with-big-savings-on-pets-mounts-and-more-during-our-holiday-sale)`.

I’m noticing a lack of Tyrael’s Charger in the only official Blizzard announcement about mounts being removed from the shop…

Here are the two mounts and two pets making the move**:

Mount Up!

Celestial Steed: Freshly born from the Twisting Nether, the Celestial Steed flying mount lets you travel in style astride wings of pure elemental stardust. So, saddle up, because this supernatural warhorse will fly as fast as your riding skill will take you.

Winged Guardian: When you take to the skies astride a blazing, eagle-winged lion, your comrades will know you mean business. Serious business. So, saddle up, because this flying mount will travel as fast as your riding skill will take you.

Scroll down to where it shows the mount and the asterisk next to it then scroll to the bottom to see that the * means that the mount is going away. It’s literally tagged specifically as something that will go away.

Orianasydell was kind enough to quote it for you

Offer available is the sale. She conveniently left out asterisks three which specifically mentions removal, and is clearly not part of the section on Tyrael’s Charger:

A symbol of justice throughout all known realms, Tyrael’s Charger* is available for purchase** in the Blizzard Shop! This regal and trusty companion can be yours to carry you bravely into your explorations through Azeroth.

*** Items will be leaving the Battle.net Shop indefinitely on January 2, 2023.

Reading comprehension is hard. Cheers!

Or perhaps the mount isn’t leaving “indefinitely”.

I think the big point of contention right now is the lack of consistency in the indicators that Tyrael’s Charger is only going to be here for two weeks, which in itself is extremely unusual, especially given people do travel during the holidays, potentially eliminating their window to get the item in question.

There must be some way out of here
Said the joker to the thief
There’s too much confusioooooooooon
I can’t get nooooooo relief

Both the Celestial Steed and the winged Guardian are priced at well under $10. They have each rolled in and out of being available for purchase two or three times now.

the Charger is the only full price mount on the sale list. I recon Blizzad still figures there’s life in the shop remaining for the old nag.

I can assure you, Kiofea, I am not misinformed.

Yes, the announcement states that the Celestial Steed, Winged Guardian, Lil’ K.T. and Pandarian Monk are going away indefinitely.

The triple asterisks specifically tie that statement to those items.

The single asterisk ties to the statement “Offers available through January 2, 2023.” Meaning, while it is not going away indefinitely, it will be going away.

There are certainly times when one may misunderstand things, but if you reread those sections with the understanding I provided above, hopefully you’ll get it.
