So, by your words, your “calling it like you see it” is

Compliment received, I guess

Too invested is the mindset that’s keeping you miserable. Play either games and experience freedom outside of blizzard’s formula

You

I was being sarcastic HTH

All my main toons are on Frostmourne - I went from playing my main to then creating a new character and then boosting it using the free boost from the expansion.

Well, instead of being created on Frostmourne OCE - It was created on BLEEDINGHOLLOW US?!?!?!

This is the only character that has been created on US region as I live in Australia so for whatever reason, the UI didnt tell me I was changing Realm and I didnt think I had to check the server since its confusing and all character are created on the same screen.

Have asked blizzard for them to change the character to OCE region and they are saying no, my mistake and I have to pay for a boost.

I have played for 20 years and the new UI is confusing to me and do not believe I should have to pay for a transfer on something that was obviously a mistake and caused through the new UI.

Am not happy

Whenever I select a new character on a different realm, once I hit enter game it always goes to the character creation page. Then, about 10 seconds later it logs into the game. It’s weird and only happens when I change realms.

Imagine hating this expansion which is on the path to becoming just as good as Legion which was peak WoW but was okay with BFA and SL lmao

The people saying “but there’s bugs in every expac, no big deal” are kinda missing the forest for the trees

Yes, it’s true that there are bugs in every new expansion… but what is the “impact” of said bugs?

Most of the time, historically, it’s been something fairly minor like a bugged quest NPC or a bugged item (singular/1 item) - possibly some random DCs caused by certain interactions or abilities. Basically, “temporary” bugs that are quickly fixed/patched, not really on the level of “I feel absolutely disgusted and don’t know if I can continue playing/staying subbed”. In other words, the “impact” of the bugs has been fairly low on the average player - they’ve been more along the lines of “a minor hiccup”

But the strange bugs that reared their head with TWW are on a whole different level :grimacing:… not only did we get “the usual” bugged quest NPCs/bugged item here and there/random DCs and instability/etc that comes with every expac, we also got bugs that wiped out LITERAL YEARS of player progress/work/collections. A perfect example is the guild banks bug wiping out (…for some people) upwards of 20 years of items/goodies, but other forms of “grindy”/time-consuming progress (such as Exalted reputations, honor level, etc) were also wiped out for no reason shortly after the release of 11.0 if you happened to get hit with one of the new bugs

You forgot tailors not get Dawnweave and Duskweave cloth after they nerfed farming spots.

I got stuck in a wall yesterday while slow falling off a cliff, had to hearth out and restart lol.

dawnbreaker is fine for sweaty content tbh

I agree but I am still going because this helps my depression as I can’t really go out much right now, health ect. Been playing since 2005 halfway through vanilla. I hang on for dear life myself, I love to explore, listen to the music which I love this expansion. I have had so many memories on this game and hope I can keep going till my hands no longer work which is close, Do what your heart feels :smiley_cat:

As far as expansions go… this one is about average. I do enjoy Delves though. When I first played WOW back in the original form in 2005, I was gungho… pushed for dungeons and top end raiding. I stayed that way for quite some time. I started out a Draenei Warrior, then switched to Ret Pally when that became available. At one time I was even the #1 Ret Pally on Thrall. Now 20 years later, I am much more mellow and prefer to do more solo things. The newest expac has greatly enhanced my ability to do just that. So I like it.

Still as far as best expac in my opinion. It will always be Wrath of the Lich King. Probably because I was a die-hard Ret and it made us the most OP class ever in that expac. I suspect because of that, Blizz has turned us into a bottom dwelling class ever since because too many people complained about us. We have never really recovered beyond a utility class.

Still all in all I find the newest expac enjoyable. Much more so that DF. I got turned off there shortly after season 2 or 3… not sure which one it was.

The bane of the easily offended

also you’re welcome

Sounds like it is time for a new game. I wish you luck.

I Not gonna read that wall of text

Happy for you for leaveing or feel bad for you elveling not really, I care What ever…

They all ways come back all ways come bakc…

I note you apparently do this exact same type of commenting on every single thread I’ve read of yours. I can’t take you seriously.

So, not only have you taken a simple and inconsequential joke offensively, but you’ve now admitted you took time to read through my comment history.

And you’re the one who can’t take someone seriously?

I mean, sure, bud. You do you :joy:

Also, if I feel like quitting a game, I just quit the game. I don’t need to make a forum post about it. To each their own, but I don’t think you have a leg to stand on vis a vis “taking someone seriously”

Yeah, i’m just going to ignore your character.

oh, please don’t forget to talk smack about me now.

(edit) that’s SOOO easy. No more you

I really like that person’s argument. It’s your fault that you got offended. I mean, I was only joking. LOL. yeah right. Glad we can ignore people like that
